I have used Tim for 10 years. You can't get anywhere, a better heating and cooling person. They don't exist. He grew up in the business, he is super smart and he learned everything from his dad. Not only does he know every furnace that has been made in probably the last 50 years, he knows the engineering behind it, he knows what things typically could go wrong and he knows exactly how to fix it. Then when he does moving of air conditioning, pipes and all that kind of stuff, it is artwork. All of his stuff is perfect. If he has two copper lines coming out of an air conditioning unit they go out in parallel together all the way throughout. It is just gorgeous work. He does not try to hard sell you -- he fixes what's there and he tells you what to expect. Every time he has told me what to expect and that is exactly how it comes out. He has been so nice. I have had problems over the phone and he has guided me. He did not charge a service charge to come out and then go back and have to get parts and then come back again. He tells me to shoot a picture with my phone, send him that and then he says he knows by what I am telling him what is wrong so that he only has to make one trip out. You know, stuff like that. I have never, ever experienced somebody as knowledgeable and then capable and a hard worker. He is a nice guy.

If he got two copper lines coming out of an air conditioning unit they go out parallel together, the inside one takes a small bend and the outside one takes the exact parallel bend so they both stay parallel. All of his stuff is perfect it’s just gorgeous work. He doesn’t try to hard sell you, he keeps business fair and he tells you what to expect. Every time he told me what expect and that’s exactly how it comes out. He’s been so nice, I’ve had problems over the phone and he’s guided me and don’t charge the service fee to come out and then go get parts and come back again, he says do this and do that and share pictures. I know by what you are telling me what’s wrong so I might have to make more trip out. I am 66 year’s old and I’ve never had anyone as knowledgeable and as capable and a hard worker. He is a nice guy, a really nice guy.

He knew a lot about what he was doing. He showed up on time to do the work. He cleaned up everything when he was done working. He called that day to tell me that he was on his way over to my house.
