"We are truly sorry that your experience with our company was not a good one. There was a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the service you had requested. We were to do a leak test and that was not done, instead 4 pounds of refrigerant was added to your AC unit. The cost for this service would have been $501.00 ($69.00 service/diagnostic fee and $108.00 x 4 for R22). Once we realized that there had been a misunderstanding we reduced your invoice amount to $285.00 and advised you that if at anytime during the summer your unit was not properly cooling that we would come out and do a leak test at no additional charge. It is our intention to treat our customers as we want to be treated and we are very sorry that we made this mistake. Best Regards, Mike Darby"

Mike Darby and his assistant, Joe, showed up exactly when Mike said they would and were ready to work. They put the furnace in - in under (3) hours and did a beautiful job! They were VERY professional and yet very friendly and gave my wife and I a sense of trustworthiness. We have (2) dogs and they were very good with them and made sure they did not get out while bringing in their equipment. They cleaned up completely and even covered our hallway with a sheet to keep the area clean.
Buying a new furnace is very scary, especially a gas one, and Mike was very understanding and explained the deal clearly. They even put in a new thermostat, that I had purchased separately, for free and programmed it, as well.
