This included shots and they removed a little mass on my Border Collie Shepherd mix. I have been seeing them for eight years. They are very professional and provide excellent care. I have been completely satisfied. The veterinarian always gives me options. I usually ask for recommendations and she is always honest with me. Scheduling is easy and I can get in that day or the next day. The facility is very nice.

I was very impressed. The clinic was bright, airy, and open. It was a very clean facility -- really clean as a pin. The waiting room was comfortable and large enough. Everyone on the staff is an animal lover. From the physical environment when you walk into the door to the staff themselves, it was all top notch. I like that they are a full service facility - boarding and surgeries.

Animal Grooming
My dog has a breathing problem so they let me stay with her the whole time. They were very sweet to her. I know it's not normal for them to let people sit with their pets while being groomed.

We started going there a couple years ago upon recommendation. We've been very happy with them ever since! We had a stray cat that was taken care of at another clinic and they checked to see what was wrong with it, they informed us that was nothing wrong. When we went to Lancaster they informed us that it had cancer and there wasn't a whole lot we could do. The approximate cost was for two cats annual check up and for shots.

Everyone at the Lancaster Animal Clinic has been very helpful. Recently Dr. Ball was cleaning my dogs teeth and noticed that her lymph nodes were enlarged. It turned out that she had lymphoma but we caught it early and she is on chemotherapy and is in remission. If Dr. Ball had not noticed her symptoms, my dog probably would have been diagnosed too late to do anything about it. Since Dr. Moore is normally our doctor, she consulted with us on options. She has been very helpful and has always taken time to answer our questions, even calling us at home. I would recommend her to anyone!
