I bought the $89 20-point tune-up special for my electric heatpump. I then called and scheduled the service within a few days. The tech showed up on time and was professional and courteous. He didn't do all of the 20-point check. He added refrigerate, which I'm not sure was covered under the special. I thought it might have been an extra charge, but he didn't charge me.
At that point, I wasn't concerned about all of the 20-points. He did the most important thing in checking the operation and performance of the heatpump. Many of the 20-points were cleaning related, which I did after the tech left.
I'd hire them again, but next time, I would discuss with their office what is and isn't covered.
Update on 8/13/2015:
Hubb rep called me last week and apologized for the confusion as they had several deals on Angie's List and the tech apparently got confused with another offer. The rep offered a great deal on tuning up my other heat pump as an apology, so I bought the new offer. The same tech came out as before and did everything that was expected.
Overall, my experience was great and I'd hire them again.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Hubbs. They were responsive, kind and accommodating. I originally called three companies and Hubbs won the work right from the first call I made. I spoke with Chad, the owner, and I trusted him from just talking with him for a couple minutes. They seem to be really be trying to treat everyone as they would like to be treated...and it shows. Ernie was our tech and he was fantastic - very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Carrie scheduled our service and she was very accommodating and friendly. The price was right, service top notch and I would certainly refer others to use this company. I'm so pleased that I have found a good one!

The service provider was a younger guy, so we he showed up I had low expectations.
Turned out he was great, he took all the time he needed to get both toilets performing well.
I have had other plumbers try to fix the issue when the toilets were running constantly with only short term fixes.
The representative from Hubs was very detailed and worked until he had a solution and when he walked me through it in great detail I was confident that he had done the work correctly.
I am thrilled with the resolution!

I bought a deal of the day from Hubbs Heating and Air for an outdoor faucet replacement. They were fast to set up a time for them to come out and were prompt when they did.
The repairs were done within a few minutes and now my faucet is leak free.

I purchased an Angie's List deal on Wednesday, by Thursday AM the company had contacted me to arrange a time to come to the house. They gave me a range of time that they would arrive between 12-2. Ernie arrived to the house around 2pm. He confirmed the appointment outside the house, upon entering he placed shoe covers on. He did a very complete evaluation of the AC unit in the basement and the furnace. He provided education and had lots of patience when I was asking questions. I appreciated the time he took explaining things and helping to diagnosis the problem. There was no significant concerns identified. I would be more than happy to use this company in the future and will encourage other to use them as well. Ask for Ernie, he was so helpful!

It was great. Jimmy took his time and was conscientious of our tile floor so as not to crack it. Jimmy was polite, friendly and thorough. The office was more than fair with the hourly rate due to the nature of the work. We were very pleased with the fee as an unscrupulous company could have gouged us. I highly recommend Hubbs for plumbing services.

OUTSTANDING!!! This is my first time using Hubbs Heating and Air but it certainly will not be my last. Starting from a call past 5 p.m. discussing my cooling problem with a truly caring company to an excellent cooling specialist (Ernie) who shows up on time and calls before arriving. That kind of professionalism is very rare. Ernie walked the home with me offering suggestions as diagnosing the issue and in less than 30 minutes I was up and running. A Great job and a big Thank you to Ernie and Hubbs Heating.

I called Hubbs on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday. I was pleased they gave me a two hour window so I wouldn't be tied up all day.
On the day of service, I first received a call that the technician was running a little late but was on the way. About 30 minutes later the owner Chad Hubbs called and apologized for tech running late. He gave me $30 off the price due to the inconvenience and said the tech would be there shortly.
Two techs arrived around 3:00. Unfortunately, it was pouring down the rain with thunder and lightening and the first thing they needed to do was pull out a ladder and climb up to remove the outside vent cover. The storm didn't seem to faze them! They came inside to check out the dryer location,opened up the vent inside, then went outside, pulled out their equipment in the rain and went to work. There was a big birds' nest inside of the cage made to keep that from happening and lint had collected behind it. The tech used a big vacuum machine with a spinning brush on the end and slowly worked it back and forth through the vent to the inside. My vent is long and the hose ran a few feet short of coming out inside, so they moved inside and ran the it back the other way. After it was all clear, one of the techs hooked the vent back up, cleaned up the area and checked to make sure the dry was working. The techs had already been told to give me the $30 discount so the final cost was only $69.
Both techs (Mike and Casey) were very personable, professional and answered all of my questions. They didn't waste anytime because of the poor weather conditions and were not annoyed by my barking dogs. I highly recommend Hubbs Heating and Cooling. Thanks for a job well done!
