The service was completed in a timely fashion by a very courteous technician. When the need for an AC unit repair was identified, the technician brought in the part, explained why it was necessary to replace it, and was able to do so without making a return trip. AC flow was measured throughout the house. The technician replaced the batteries in the thermostat without charge.
It is now time for my second HVAC and I have complete confidence that all will go as well this time as it did the first.

They arrived on time and went to work.
The segments of my Dryer vent were removed, inspected and cleaned.
Then it was reassembled and tested. The air flow was excellent.
Afterwards everything was put back as it should be, the area was cleaned and we concluded the transaction (at the agreed upon price)
