SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT THE ITEMS, I NOTICED THE SOFA STARTED TO FRAY AND THE TABLE HAS CRACKS IN IT. I CALLED IN JANUARY AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE CAME OUT AND SAID THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING AND HE WOULD CALL THE PROVIDER AND THEN GET BACK WITH ME ON WHAT TO DO. I KEPT CALLING HIM AND HE KEPT SAYING HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME. IT IS NOW MAY AND I FEEL LIKE HE IS AVOIDING MY PHONE CALLS.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A SOFA AND TWO TABLES FROM THEM.

THE STAFF ARE AWFUL ABOUT RETURNING CALLS SO YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP ALL THE TIME. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ARE IGNORANT OF ANYTHING, OR SO THEY CLAIM, SO ASK FOR THE OWNER.
Description of Work: ORDERED A STICKLEY TABLE DURING A SUMMER SALE (3 AUGUST) AND AFTER 2 OR 3 PROMISED DELIVERY DATES, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TABLE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS LATER.
