Everyone I talked with was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no high pressure sale tactics and the first estimate meeting was very quick and informative. I live in a condo and they worked very well with the rules of the association. They supplied weekly updates about the status of my order and schedule the install very quickly. The installers did a great job,(neat,clean and efficient). They even offered to rehang my window treatments. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really well. The company lets you know status of your order weekly. The install date was set and the crew showed up on time...even a few minutes early. The went to work and worked all day...in spite of the 90+ temps that day...no excuses. The work crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would hire them again without hesitation.

I had three companies quote replacing 3 sets of oversize sliding glass doors. Two do a lot of TV advertising and the other WIndow Universe, was unknown to me until I went to the Home Show. WU's price was almost half one of the TV guys, but their products seemed as good. I guess someone has to pay for all the TV ads. They updated us weekly, came when promised, took great care in everything they did, were very careful with our house, cleaned up after themselves, made sure every detail was taken care of and worked in the rain. It was a big job handling (3) sets of 4 foot doors and windows. I highly recommend them.

Was informed on order status and then called to set installation date and time.Was on time and polite. Answered all my questions. Was very respectful of clean up. Installer Wil was most kind.One week since install and had variety of weather to see how windows preformed. Very satisfied and will contract again for Front storm door in near future.

Before I called Window Universe,I listened to several presentations but was not impressed with their high pressure, canned pitch type of presentations. I do not like high pressure sales and the phony calls back to the sales manager to get me a better price were over the top. I kept getting nuisance calls from the inside sales department as a follow up to see if had any questions. I called Window Universe after looking at more reviews. I scheduled an in home meeting and the salesperson told me about his windows and did not give me any pressure to sign TODAY!! It was refreshing to have someone tell me about the windows instead of being held hostage with phony phone calls back to the office and onetime only pricing. Window Universe was professional in every aspect of the sale. The office manager advised me that I would get a weekly update on the status of my window order. Every Friday, I received an email from their office advising me of my order status. I received a phone call from the scheduler when my windows arrived and we agreed on a installation date. The installers were on time and did a great job of keeping each work area clean.The installers worked as a team and put new windows in as each of my existing windows were taken out. By reducing the time that the wall openings were exposed, they kept our indoor house temps reasonably comfortable. I had 7 windows replaced and the job took all day, but at the end of the day the installers cleaned up and I am very pleased with installation and the quality of the windows.

Buy 1 get 1 free, buy 2 get 3 free sounds great ask how much one window costs. You can not get an answer from anyone except window universe. They will give you a quote in there office without an in home visit. They do require a visit to double check measurements and look for special circumstances. None found here. Andy was a no pressure rep, the price is the price, and as far we could find the best around comparing apples to apples. Installers were on time (early) courtois, and answered all our questions as they worked. Great clean-up and quality. You can't go wrong using Window Universe.

After a few unpleasant quotes (3+ hour visits, over $1100 per window) and harassing phone calls from other companies, the Window Universe quote was refreshing. Lance was polite, the visit was short and the quote was clearly spelled out. I ended up getting a higher quality window at a better price. I opted to do the interior trim work myself which helped reduce the cost. The installation crew worked over 3 days to do a full-frame tear out and replacement of a whole house double-hung windows. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. I plan to work with Window Universe again when it comes time to replace my entry door.

I never see them advertise - they seem to be all word of mouth. I had three different window companies install windows in my house. As I couldn't only afford to install all windows at once - I did it in stages. Didn't find them till the end. Sales person was direct (no sleazy sales person pitch). The installers used booties while in the house. They also honored my request not to smoke while installing (BONUS points for that) -no attitudes just the best! After a few years there window / caulking have held up the best.

The work done was fantastic. From the initial sales rep to the installers, everyone was very responsive and professional. The workers were so nice and did a perfect job. These are really quality windows. Our house will be much warmer now. They did an excellent job installing them..we are very happy with the windows and the work...and they were nice to our dogs too. Would definitely recommend them and would hire them again in a heart beat. They gave us the best price too.

The job went very well, it took @ two days. Four guys, originally just 2. Kenny, Mark, Jonathan and Eric. They were really punctual and very accommodating and showed very good professionalism and politeness. This was a tough job, a complete tear out and install, taking out the old steel casings in a brick ranch and had to frame new wood to go inside the new openings, etc. I noticed some flaws, and reported them to the company. Nevertheless I'm pleased with the new windows, and the job the workers did. I will update later about how and to what extent the blemishes are resolved. I am happy with the Prairie design and the Oriel windows and the beige color over the white. Kenny reported what was a concern with a couple of the windows. Company responded to some of my concerns. Will update later, about how they resolved everything.

Was a very pleasant process from beginning to end. Window Universe quoted us for two double hung windows that were in our price range. They were able to meet our tight deadline. Windows were installed correctly and contractor made sure to identify the imperfections in the exterior wall of our old home. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back to them.

Wonderful. First, the low-pressure salesman who gave me the details about the materials and methods that Window Universe uses, and the clearly written lifetime warranties provided. Then the e-mail updates or phone calls to keep me aware of the likely installation date. Then the careful, clean, considerate, skilled installation team who managed on a very chilly day to install windows in 2 bedrooms and a hall without ever chilling the house. The work areas were expertly sealed off, and the old windows removed and new ones installed from the outside. Besides comfort for us, that meant no lead dust in the house, and lead containment outside; that is part of the Window Universe procedure. These are not the least expensive windows available, but I feel they are well worth their cost, and more. The two bedrooms are so much warmer now, as is the hall, and the windows really look beautiful, and they harmonize with the rest of the house. My son, who does a lot of major and minor repairs on his house, is very impressed with the quality of these windows. They are strong and tight and simple to operate.

I had what I consider a small job-just 2 windows needed replaced, but I was treated with the same high quality level of service and professionalism as someone who was spending a lot more on an entire home of windows. The entire experience was great from my initial consultation/quote to the installers who were very prompt and did a fantastic job! I really appreciated the emails keeping me informed of the status of my windows coming from the factory, -and they were ready for the install when they said they would be. I'd hire them again & definitely will refer.

We had an excellent experience with Window Universe! We had them out for a consultation after looking into replacing our windows through Home Depot, and there was no comparison. The pricing, products and service were exponentially better with Window Universe. We are very happy with our new Okna replacement windows. Plus, the installers were very experienced/meticulous and even cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I would absolutely recommend them.

This is the way window buying should be! Chad was not high-pressure and gave us a detailed price list so we knew exactly what everything cost. The weekly email updates were nice. It was $16,000 for the whole house. They had by far the better quality from all those we looked at. Not only did they respond as far as coordinating installation with us there was an issue after installation and they were out within a few days and got it straightened out. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They were not a pressuring group. They certainly were very straightforward and found them to be, well what they said they would do they did and the way they said they would do it they did that also. We would use them again, there would be no question about that. .

Working with Window Universe was a pleasure. The initial consultation was informative and my salesman, Chad Wilson, did not use any high pressure sales tactics. Instead, he sold me on Window Universe's high quality windows at low prices installed by experienced teams (Window Universe also participates in the Dominion Energy rebate program). The Window Universe install team was flexible and worked with me to find a good date to get the installation done in spite of my traveling. Once the day came, the install team was thorough, clean, and polite, and installed the windows in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Window Universe and plan on using them in the future.

The windows look amazing and completely changed the look of the house. The breezeway/ sunroom looks better than I expected and is now more a 3 season room. Chad was our first contact and came to our home with great ideas and he was completely honest with us and gave us an itemized price guide with the windows and sliding doors. Chad did not pressure us nor give us a "buy now and sign on the line" sales tactic that we heard many times. Their windows are top quality and I'm thrilled with the product. Communication with us was great as we received weekly updates on how the order was coming along. The installers were great and cleaned up each day. I will recommend this company to anyone needing windows.
