Sales people are a bit pushy, but often friendly as well. I feel very welcomed there, though the price for an oil change at Lube Stop is significantly higher than I feel I should be paying for an oil change. Nevertheless, it's quite convenient, fast, and in a great location.
Only one time when I had some kind of full system update there did things go wrong. This was an expensive service and I had the feeling that they were almost shocked when I took them up on it, and it made me incredibly uneasy. I felt my car didn't start correctly / act normal shortly after, and I almost complained to management, but things ended up smoothing out to the point where I couldn't really tell a difference.
For a general oil change, though, I never have any real complaints, other than the price.

THEY TOLD ME TO BUY THE BOTTLE AT AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND BRING BACK AND THEY WOULD INSTALL IT AT NO CHARGE. I BOUGHT THE BOTTLE AND THEY INSTALLED IT.
