Logan Master Appliance

We made an appointment with one of the salespeople (Angel) and, after going through a bunch of catalogs and looking at what they had in stock, we chose a cooktop, and it was delivered in about 4 days. We also wanted to buy a new double oven, but after much work and research, were unable to find one! I enjoy going there: they are honest and professional.

Phone staff and tech were very professional Showed up on time and phoned 15 minutes before arrival. Called for an appointment and they fit me in the next day. Part came quickly and they came quickly to repair.

Arrived as scheduled, with a full heating unit just in case it completely needed replaced. Took dryer apart and tested all sensors to find it was only a bad sensor. He removed a new one from the heating unit he brought and replaced. Tested to make sure it heated properly and even took all the vents apart to test airflow was not being clogged. It only took less than an hour and he was in and out with our dryer working properly. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered/explained everything about the heating elements of these new Samsungs... would highly recommend doing business with this company for any appliance issues.

Went great. I had already spent time trouble shooting the dishwasher using the web and could not get the pump to work. I even had ordered a pump and had it on hand to be installed. Technician started trouble shooting and found there was a and quot;grease balland quot; stuck in the drain tube up my the pump and fished it out and the dishwasher works great. I had never used Logan before but decided to give them a try based on the great reviews and I can't sat enough about how happy I was. The were also able to get me into there repair schedule much quicker than the place I have always used in the past. I have 10 rents in town that I deal with so it is very important to me to get things fixed right the first time and at a great price.

He was honest and said it would last months. Wwhen it got much worse, to get a new washer. this is exactly what I needed to know. Very impressed with the service.

They man came in and lifted the outershell off the washing machine and was able to install the new part very quickly. It works like brand new.

The icemaker was broken. We had tried to give them the model number when we called for the repair but they didn't want it because he'd have the parts on his truck. Not so much. 4 visits (one at 9pm) later, and assorted parts later, it still did not work. My husband finally replaced the icemaker itself by himself. He called the company to make a complaint about service. He was not in a foul mood only trying to tell them that the repair was not done properly. They had fixed the 2ndary problems but not the main issue. After asking for the customer service mgr his call was transferred and he explained the issues Then his call was transferred to Michelle. She wanted to know why he was calling so, he explained again. She said since he had already done the repair there was nothing they could do. She then proceeded to escalate the tone of the conversation ( we fixed it ourselves. we waited too long,etc) until my husband finally had enough and told her we would protest the charges with the credit card co. She said and quot;Good Luck with thatand quot; and hung up on him..

In and out in 20 minutes. Very straightforward.

Technician was well versed in the operation and repair of Whirlpool front-loading washing machine. Repair went quickly. Although the original problem of water leaking from around the front door was not reproducible on the first trip or the second (after the part in question was replaced), we agreed that the action was appropriate under the circumstances. The surrounding door gasket was thoroughly inspected and found to be free of defects. The machine is 9 years old and has been carefully maintainded and never abused over that period of time.

The price was very competitive. The servicemen were professional and very nice. They cleaned up and hauled away the debris. We have had to have them comeback 2x. Once for a noise issue with the system. The next time was for an issue with the Aprilaire system that was installed. They believe they have the problem solved but are going to follow up in 2 weeks. They have been very responsive to our issues. System is still to new to have had much use, but as of this time I would use them again.

We got a very good deal by purchasing a suite of Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen. Range, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, and garbage disposal.
Excellent sales staff and support from this local mom and pop company. We saw some of the same items at big box stores, but Logan Master's staff knows their products better.

Whirpool Duet washer (8 yrs old) was making a loud, thumping noise on spin cycle. Technician arrives within 1 hour of call to Logan. Technician checked for balance (checked ok) and looked under unit. He found no problem at this point. He knew that the spider arm of the Duet models tends to fracture. He diagnosed this as the problem based on past experience. Estimated $450 to do this repair, but could not guarantee that this is the problem. Result: we cut our losses and bought a new washing machine.

Logan installed an and quot;inductanceand quot; cooktop which we purchased from them. Not only was their price better than big box suppliers but the installation was inexpensive, professional and quick. Great place to do business with.

Logan master appliance came in with the best price out of six estimates. Others wanted to charge over 300 for the whole house duct cleaning and they included it with the price. They gave us the estimate on a Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it was in and working great. Could not have been a better experience. I would highly recommend.

I called that morning for a service call and they told me that they could have a person at my house that afternoon. They call to let me they were coming and this was about 11:30 and I'm going to he was finish by 1:00, very professional, clean uniform fixed the refrigerator and out the door.

It was very satisfactory. They were timely, efficient, and capable.

I think they are a little high in price but they do good work. We keep calling them because we know they will do what they are suppose to do.
