I took a print in for framing and was given careful attention and consultation time for picking out a frame and matte that would compliment the print. Cass was very helpful and made many helpful suggestions. I never felt rushed or hurried. She really cared about the quality and what might be the final result of the project in light of the many choices that were available. Her staff and she are kind, helpful and the store is a wonderful place to browse. There are always delightful surprises.

THEY DID A SUPERB JOB OF CUSTOM MATTING FOR ME. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CHOICE OF COLOR FOR THE MATTING DID NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE PHOTO. I RETURNED IT TO THEM AND ASKED IF I COULD HAVE IT REDONE WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR, EXPECTING TO PAY. INSTEAD, THE OWNER ASSUMED FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND INSISTED ON REDOING IT WITHOUT ANY CHARGE -- AND IT WAS FINISHED WITHIN 24 HOURS, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT IN A HURRY. THE OWNER COULD HAVE SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT I AGREED TO THE ORIGINAL COLOR AND MY DISSATISFACTION WAS OF MY DOING.
