Willie made the 19-year-old driveway look much, much cleaner and brighter.  He arrived on a rainy day, and I wasn't sure how he was going to function effectively in the rain but his work exceeded my expectations.   The driveway had been power washed by others in years past but no one had cleaned it as thoroughly as Pride Power Wash.

William responded promptly to my inquiry from Angie's List. He emailed me and we made plans for him to come out and provide an estimate. He provided the written estimate, and we called to arrange the work at a time agreeable to both of us. He arrived on the designated date to provide the service of power washing my two story home. He and his associate did a great job. They spent three solid hours washing the house from top to bottom. They made sure all levels of the house were cleaned. In the end, the siding and brick came out looking great. All visible dirt was gone. The price was reasonable, and the service provided was very good. 

These guys are awesome. My house looked like it had brand new siding and the deck was restored to its original shine. I had 2 neighbors ask me for their number within a week of the job. Over the phone estimate was exactly correct. They arrived promptly, got to work right away, and did a fantastic job. They were very careful around my landscaping and did a superb job, even cleaning areas I didn't expect, like the front porch which had no siding. The porch and windows came out sparkling and as I already mentioned, the siding looked brand new. I will use them for every power washing job I have in the future.

William came one day early to powerwash the decks/balconies.  He and a team member performed the staining several days later.  The decks look good as new!  He forgot to leave the leftover stain, but he came back a couple of days later with it.  William is very punctual and professional.

The work went very well. The house came very clean and it highlighted that I would have to paint which was exactly what I wanted to know. William and team were on time, thorough and very professional. I will certainly look to use them again next year.

William exceeded my expectations.  I have tried to clean the deck in years past with very poor results.  I was at the point where It thought  we would need to paint and re-seal the wood deck.  Imagine my surprise to find out that William was able to power wash
all the dirt, grime and mold away resulting in a deck that looked as good as new.

Moreover, I was impressed with William's integrity.  I asked him if our deck railings needed to be painted and he stated that it was unnecessary....and that the power wash would clean the railings as well.  And he was right, thus saving me more money.

William's attention to detail, customer service and the fact he takes pride in a job well done makes it easy for me to recommend his service to anyone.  I even paid him an extra $20 to simply thank him "for a job well done."

I have used Pride Power Wash in the past and didn't realize that the prior owner had sold the company to another person.  I decided to give the new owner a try based on the recommendation of the previous owner.  I was given a $10 discount for my loyalty to the company.  I highly recommend them!

William knew that I wanted the work done before our party, so he worked all day on Saturday and Sunday to make sure it was complete.  The deck looks amazing.  When they were staining the balcony however, they got stain on my house.  I pointed it out, and William said he would come by to paint over it.  That has not happened, so I guess I better get some pain and do it myself.  I just don't think I should be bothered since it wasn't my mistake, not a big deal, just a nuisance.  Besides that, I would recommend Pride Power Wash, they worked so very hard.

After having repairs done to my deck, it needed power-washed and re-stained.  I called William and was able to schedule the work a couple of weeks later which fit perfectly with what I needed.  William came and power-washed my deck about 6 days before staining so that it had time to dry out.  I was surprised how great the deck looked after cleaning.  I had planned on using a paint-like stain because of the older wood mixed with new wood during the repairs.  But after William cleaned the deck, the difference was so minor that I ended up going with a semi-transparent stain and it looks beautiful!  This was the third time I have used Pride Power Wash and he will be the first person I call when I need power-washing or staining/painting in the future. William is always prompt and professional, and I am always pleased with his work.  I am very happy to hear that he will be available for snow plowing this winter.  I already have his number on speed-dial!

Based solely on Angie's List's excellent reviews awarded to Pride Power Wash & Painting, I spoke to William and arranged for him to give assess the work that I needed to have done and give me an estimate.  It was entirely reasonable, and included the exact brand of stain that he would use, Behr Premium Plus Stain--which is the highest rated by Consumer Reports--and I gave him the go-ahead.  He also assured me that I did not have to be home (I work and did not want to take the time off if it was not necessary), did not need or want a deposit (which I had offered), and told me that payment was to be made only after the work would be done to my satisfaction. One week later, right on schedule, the deck was power washed.  The following week, right on schedule again, the deck was stained and sealed.  They moved all the furniture--lawn chairs, table, and grill off the deck themselves, and did an excellent, thorough job.  The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate--less the $10 Angie's List coupon, for which he took my word that I had.  I did not have to be home to present it to William.  I emphatically recommend this company!

Outstanding job and great company to work with.  We used this company to power wash and stain our deck.  It had been about 10 years since the deck had been stained.  The power wash brought back to life the deck and the owner does the work himself and has very reliable help with him.  Included in the cost was the cost to replace boards that were warped and cracked.  In addition with the staining my shrubs were covered so there would not be any residual stain that landed on them.They worked relentlessly until they could complete the job which was a challenge this year given the amount of rain we have had.We have recommended this company to several neighbors and friends.We will be needing some interior painting next year and will without hesitation use Pride Power Wash & Painting.

I have called on Pride Power Wash for several years now to clean my vinyl siding, vinyl fence, and gutters.
William always responds promptly to my call and the work is typically scheduled within the following week.
The work is completed very professionally.  The siding and fence practically glow!  Mold on the siding is eliminated
and there is no residue on flower beds or damage to plants.  Pride has cleaned wood-stain overspray from both the
siding and the vinyl fence to return it to looking like new.  They always provide feedback on the invoice to let me know
any significant conditions they encountered (location of mold or overspray, clogged gutters), and the results of the work
they completed.  I will always call Pride Power Wash for my home and highly recommend them without any reservations.

I called for an estimate to have the cover stained. They give a quick response and a very good price. They came out in a few days and stained with 2 coats. they were very neat and did a great job

Came buy and left a quote in my mailbox so I didn't have to waste time being home for an estimate. When I called to Ok the estimate, he came out the same day and provided the service and left the bill in the mailbox. No flower damage and house looks great.
