Great service. I have always received my clothes on time. And they have been willing to take my dirty clothes from the front door when I couldn't be there. They are very professional about putting the appropriate items on hangers. I have used them many times.

The total experience was very professional they listened to my situation considered a discount for as I am elderly and disabled. The quality of the work was very good. The manner in which I was treated was outstanding. They considered me important and cared.

It didn't go very well. I spoke with Danielle to set things up. She didn't tell me the limits of how much laundry and what size bags they use and I wasn't given bags to put my clothes in. My deal said three loads or 20 pounds in two consecutive weeks. I was supposed to be contacted for pick up. Communication was done most of t he time by texting. I don't really care for texting, but that is how it was being done. I never received a text. I called the laundress and she told me that when she sends reminders sometimes people don't get them because she sends the texts all at once. I would think that if customers are not getting text reminders, communication would be done differently. There are limited times for pick up, so I had to take the clothes to work with me to be picked up. The laundress came to pick them up. Called when she pulled in the parking lot. I came down without my phone and stood in front of my building to meet her for 20 minutes. I didn't know what kind of vehicle she would have. She left without meeting me. I got back to my desk and called the laundress but the call went to voice mail. I called the office and was told the laundress had been standing outside-not true. I wanted the cloths to be picked up as scheduled and the laundress would not return. None of this made me happy. It also shows that they are not willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had to keep the dirty clothes in my car until 2 days later for pick up. The laundress said nothing about the amount of laundry I gave to be cleaned. She said she would contact me over the weekend to set up the return of the clothes. I didn't receive any communication from her. I called her and the office on Monday morning and the clothes were returned to me clean and neatly folded. I told the laundress I would have more for her on Wednesday. My deal was for 2 consecutive weeks of laundry. I got a call from the owner wanting to set up payment for the clothes they were picking up that day. I questioned this because of what my deal had said. She went on to tell me that the size of their bags were the size of kitchen garbage bags and that apparently the laundry I sent fulfilled the two weeks of laundry. It seemed like double talk to me. I would never use the service again the coupon wasn't really honored.

Hello (removed member name), I'm sorry that you feel this way. I think there were several instances of a misunderstanding including the parameters of the Groupon deal you purchased for $25 (not $35). The deal states: One week offer valid for single pick up and drop off of 20 lb BAG / 3 loads. Two week offer valid for same service two consecutive weeks. After you purchased the Groupon, you called us to schedule service (we are not provided with contact information for purchased vouchers from Groupon). When I spoke with you we determined that your preferred time for pick up (before 8am) was not available. You did not want to leave your items on your front porch so we agreed to come to your work location instead. You received a confirmation email sent to the address you provided that high-lighted some of our terms of service. The phone conversation and email occurred on Tuesday, September 9tt. That evening, Jillian Knight, your assigned Laundry Care Provider had called you to discuss pickup/drop instructions and to go over your laundry preferences. It was agreed that Jillian would text you when she arrived (anytime after 1:30pm but before 2:45pm per your request). During this phone call she told you the color/make/model of her vehicle so that you would recognize her when she arrived. On Wednesday, September 10th Jillian sent you a text stating that she would be at your work within 10 to 15 minutes. This was sent at 1:37pm. You sent a text response confirming you received her message immediately after. At 1:48 pm Jillian arrived at your work and parked in the Visitor Parking section. She called you to let you know she had arrived and to determine where to meet you. When the call was not answered, she left a detailed voicemail message with the color/make/model of her vehicle and a request for you to contact her with meet up instructions. After 7 minutes of waiting, Jillian sent you a text message at 2:05pm, again announcing her arrival and asking for meet up instructions. When 25 minutes of waiting had passed with no response, Jillian had to leave to her next scheduled pick up. At 2:35pm you called our Home Office stating that you had been waiting in the front lobby area, talking with a coworker, and was not approached by our Provider for pick up. We explained that we had called and texted you but were not able to reach you. You said that you had forgotten your phone at your desk and did not receive the messages. Per our terms of service (provided via email September 9th), we can only wait 10 minutes at any given location for pick up. The reason for this policy is to ensure the timely pick up of all Laundry Care clients. Given this was your first pick up, we wanted to be accommodating so Jillian waited at your work location for 25 minutes. Jillian received at text message from you at 2:50pm that day asking where she was. Although she tried to call you at the phone number you provided, there was no answer, so she responded in text. She explained that she had been waiting in visitor parking and did not receive any communications from you, nor did she see anyone outside of the building that appeared to be trying to meet up with someone. Jillian kindly apologized for the missed connection and offered to pick up again on the next pick up day, Friday. On Friday Jillian texted you when she had arrived at your work and you were able to give her your items without any issues. You gave Jillian 2 & ½ , 30 gallon yard-bags that equaled 6 loads of laundry, and separate items for special processing (special processing was excluded from the Groupon). All the items were processed without any additional charge. On Sunday evening a courtesy text-reminder was sent to notify you of the delivery time for the following day. You had called Home Office that evening and left a message stating that you did not know when your items were being returned. Following that message, Jillian called you to arrange a time. Monday the items were returned to your work without any issues. You told Jillian at drop off that you would give her more items on Wednesday. Wednesday morning you were contacted (via phone) by our Home Office to set up a Laundry Care Profile and to provide payment information for billing purposes. You said you were under the impression that only ½ of the Groupon Voucher was used. Home Office explained that one, 13 gallon trash bag filled (holds up to 3 loads) is equivalent to one Regular Bag. You had supplied two and a half, 30 gallon trash bags filled with 6 loads of laundry which used up the two bag allowance stated on the voucher details. You requested your pending pick up to be canceled and ended the phone call. These are our records of events which appear to show a misunderstanding – we never want a dissatisfied client and work very hard to maintain a positive reputation. If you would like, we can pick up your items again and process the remaining items you had on that Wednesday, September 17th. It would be a different Provider who would meet in the evening (outside our pickup/delivery hours). If this is something you’d like to arrange, please email us at laundrycare@gmail.com
