Description of Work: We had a leaky pipe at the fittings where the well is. They gave a very honest, accurate description of the problem. They noticed a pin hole leak which saved the basement from flooding. They put on new fittings and well pump. It was all basement work because it is the part that brings water into the house. It is called a holding pump.

+ -1 moreThis is the 3rd system I've tried in efforts to fix my water quality problem. The initial water softener didn't do the job. The bleach system didn't come close to helping. Russ offered me a way to replace the entire mismatched water treatment system that wasn't correcting the problem. He installed a twin tank softener system and a special tank to treat the sulpher. It recycles itself automatically according to a set timer, so all I have to do is add solar salt periodically. I waited a couple of months to post this to provide accurate results. I can honestly say that this is the first time in over 2 years of living in my home that our water quality has not been an issue. It's a wonderful thing. Russ was professional, pleasant and explained to me how the entire system works. He truly believes in this product and for good reason. He is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to work with him again. He was on time for both estimates and installation and thorough.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB DRILLING AND INSTALLING OUR NEW WELL, AS WELL AS EXPLAINING WHY THEIR SYSTEM WAS SO EFFECTIVE. OUR WATER SOFTENING SYSTEM HAS REALLY ELIMINATED HARD WATER STAINS AND ISSUES RELATED TO IT COMPLETELY AND HAS BEEN TROUBLE-FREE FOR 4 YEARS. FINALLY BRAD HAD TALKED TO ME ABOUT INSTALLING THIS OLD-FASHIONED HAND PUMP ON OUR HOUSE'S OLD WELL (A HAND DUG WELL THAT WAS CAPPED BY THEM) AND HE PUT THE PUMP IN THIS SPRING. IT WORKS GREAT AND LOOKS ORIGINAL WITH THE HOUSE -- A REAL FOCAL POINT OF OUR NEW PATIO. WONDERFUL FAMILY OWNED COMPANY THAT TAKES ENORMOUS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. VERY HONEST.
