All techs have access at any time to a Senior (Masters level) Tech and EVERY customer has 24/7 free remote support, as well as a direct line without any hold times to their own personal tech. Here at Tactical, we value people above all else. Our relationships are what matter most, and our intent lies in helping you get your technology needs met as quickly, efficiently and inexpensively as possible. We prefer to be on a first name basis with our clients, and are always interested in creating a custom tailored solution, just for you! We are mobile contractors, so we always come to your office, home or business, rather than having you come to us. Your time is important, and it is important to us that you don't have to waste any of it. For reasons of covering the overhead to run our company, there is a $75 minimum for a service call in most cases, but exceptions can be discussed when needed. Our fee is variable, based on the individual needs of each client. On a lighter note, John Russo, the owner here at Tactical, has a heart of gold. I (the person writing this) work closely with John, and have personally witnessed him go above and beyond and literally give the shirt off his back to help his clients, repeatedly.
