JOE CHERVENAK WAS VERY PROMPT WITH THE BID. WHILE HIS PRICES WERE COMPARABLE FOR THE EXTRAORDINARILY LARGE GARAGE DOOR WE HAVE, HIS TAKING TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE OPTIONS WAS REFRESHING. JOE EVEN COMMENTED THAT WE DID NOT NEED A NEW GARAGE DOOR BUT THAT HE COULD READJUST OUR OLD DOOR. THE ABSENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE SALES COMBINED WITH HIS TAKING TIME TO EXPLAIN OPTIONS MADE OUR DECISION TO PURCHASE THE GARAGE DOOR FROM JOE EASY. JOE ALSO PROVIDED US WITH WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION WITHOUT OUR ASKING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESIDENTIAL DOOR COMPANY.
