TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Company!! DO NOT USE!!! This company was hired to perform a kitchen remodel and main floor upgrade to floor, hallways and utility room. Work was incomplete and shoddy at best. Damage was done to Washing Machine. All incomplete items had to be fixed by another Handyman at the owner's expense. Further, work was incomplete and rather than work with the owner to come to an agreeable solution for both parties, company took advantage of an 85 year old woman with Dementia throughout the entire process and then filed a lien against her home. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves...absolutely NO work ethic. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AT ALL. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

He screwed the whole house up. We took him to court and got a settlement. Now he's screwing up the payments. He's an insurance chaser. The siding is falling off the front of the house. He preys on elderly people. In fact I'm getting ready to go to the attorney general about this guy. It's just ridiculous what he has done. We have estimates of over $6,000 worth of damage. We settled for $800 just to get it over with. He'll do a number on you. He took a $180,000 estimate to $280,000. We settled with the insurance company and he got mad. He said we could have taken it to $325,000 those were his exact words. He'll get his one of these days. I wouldn't allow him to build a dog house for fear it would collapse on the dog.

Awful! They are just awful. They do very shorty work! Don't own up to their mistakes

Pass them by!! I have no idea how they got on the state farm website as a good place to go for work on your property.... and will be talking to State Farm as well as posting here.. Remodeling is expensive!! When we shell out this kind of money it should be appreciated and respected. Quality Insurance Repair showed me that they don't respect or appreciate my business and I will certainly take my money to another vendor! I need the entire back of my garage rebuilt. I contacted 5 vendors and only had trouble getting a quote from these bums. They are disorganized and unprofessional. I was called 3 times to try to arrange a walk through inspection, then they came outside the 4 hour window they said they would come (all other contractors set a time and were prompt), and the guy walked through my property without my being present! When I called the office they told me there are thousands of other contractors I can call! As if i were calling about getting a candy bar...This is my home for goodness sake!! Its IMPORTANT!! Obviously they don't need my business and certainly will not get it now! Don't give these bozo's any of your time! They wont care about you and will not appreciate your business!

Awful!!!! Contractors were awful. Owner of company knows next to nothing about what he is doing. Not sure how they stay in business!??? Had to meet several times, no notes taken and then A LOT of things messed up. I have pictures if anyone meeds to see poor work. Absolutely the most stressful situation dealing with this company. Our insurance company wouldn't even deal with them anymore. If your need less than acceptable work done this is the company to call. Went absolutely awful and what is more stressful than the fire itself working with this company

Owner very difficult to work with, hounding the home owner for money instead of completing "quality" work (at the company name suggests). Quality was extremely poor.  Company not interested in pleasing the customer. For example, a faucet was chosen without consultation with the homeowner, which now blocks the existing blinds above the sink and faucet from lowering the entire way. The only fix is to get a new faucet that "fits" in the area. Knobs are falling off of the cabinets.  One of the cabinets were custom made with a triangular shelf on one end...which is unusable because the shelves are secured on only two of the three triangle corners. One of the drawers was installed incorrectly and now rubs against a wall, scraping the new paint off. Credit was due for appliance installation performed by another third party company, which was never received. I could go on and on...but you get the idea. I would not recommend the use of this company to anyone.

They noticed things that we did not and fixed it as soon as it was noticed. We had fire damage in driveway, garage and other parts of the home. They worked with our insurance company should pay for it to be replacedwhen they came they worked, they were always busy.provided us with an electician

All the work was done as requested. However, the owner frequently pressured me to use cheaper materials to make the repair. For example , he would not replace my kitchen cupboards with the brand that was originally there. The cupboards I was " permitted" to order are a cheaper brand which do not hang straight are hard to clean and only have half shelves in them. He negotiated the work with the insurance company and then presented the repair as a done decision . Some of the work is very good. However many things are falling apart. For example, the backsplash is coming off the wall in the kitchen; the siding on the exterior is rotted as the roof hip was done correctly . The ceilings in several rooms were covered with a sealant rather than replaced. That is peeling off. A paneled wall in the family room was well made but was not painted correctly. There are brown patches and visible knots. I am told the wood was not primed. The original insulation was a very high R value. He replaced it with the minimum provided by the code. Why am I writing this now? Because I only just subscribed to Angie's list Did I attempt to reach him as the problems occurred. Yes I did with no response

We had storm damage from the remnants of Superstorm Sandy sweep through Ohio which resulted in leaks in a large bay window covered by an old copper roof and flashing. John, Mark and the Quality Insurance Repairs team did a superb job in fixing this problem. They were responsive, provided a timely and accurate quote laying out different options for repair and replacement, and got the job done quickly. The work product is exceptional. No leaks and the final product looks great. We would use Quality Insurance Repairs again - even for work that doesn't involve an insurance claim.

They came out and installed new kitchen cabinets. They're very clean, organized and neat. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They look great.
