I knew our sewer line needs replacing and told them that from the beginning. The serviceman, Ron, was excellent and did a great job. I was not impressed when his boss showed up, right after he did the camera showing it needed repair. I immediately said we would not be doing that this year, but it still makes me feel uncomfortable that his boss would just show up like that.

Hired Mr Rooter/ Mr Electric to install an electric water heater, and I’m very happy I went with them. Very fast turnaround, and the entire process went very smoothly as they coordinated scheduling between the plumber and the electrician. Would absolutely recommend them.

Wonderful contractor he explained in detail what was wrong and what he would do to improve , very excellent work !and it was much more than just replacing a faucet !
