Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland

Provided a few estimates based on best and worse case scenarios. I called in the morning for an estimate and the Plumber was at my home 3 hrs later. Got the job done quickly. Very professional.

They came out and weâ re able to get the job done and able to tell us exactly what it was so that way we can flush the toilets and run our water! And do some laundry and dishes and shower!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Mr. Rooter. All costs are explained up front, people are polite are courteous, clean up after themselves, and do great work. They're coming back for another job next week!

I received up to the minute phone calls about when my tech would arrive. He was knowledgeable about the drains and he told me that I needed to replace my kitchen drain because it had a lead pipe that is no longer used in plumbing.

Great. In fact I want the same exact fellow back to attach a new shower head and new toilet seats. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mr Rooter called me within 5 minutes of me submitting my request for a quote through Home Advisor even though it was 7 am. They sent out a technician the next day that was thorough thorough and did a great job including cleaning up the area once the job was fixed.

They quoted a range price if there was difficulty finding buried lines. They did not have any trouble but charged the highest price without consideration. They are VERY VERY expensive for the work performed.

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to be helpful to me. Showed up when they said they would and did exactly what was expected/needed. They even dealt with the City water dept for me. Couldnâ t have been easier.

Really disappointing: was scheduling an appointment for three days in a row, had to take time off work to be at home expecting technical to come, he did not show up , every hour got a call from a company telling me that all technicals are busy . It is Very disrespectful keep to customer waiting and wasting time .

Worker was very nice.

Found and fixed a tricky little leak in tub gasket that was causing ceiling damage below. Kept me updated throughout the search process.
