Gave me a good deal on the faucet repair. Very courteous and professional.

Called and got same day service for gas line install in a house that had none. Did the house internal line to new furnace and the external pipe to go to a meter that was not there yet. Pair was very well spoken and work was impressive. Price was quite high but thats to be expected for instant service. In the long run I am quite happy!

I had a tiolet that ran for a few seconds, about every 10-20 minutes. The Mr Rooter Plumber, Marcus, came and replaced the flow valve, and no more running toilet. Thank you for the quick service! Dan

They replaced my water heater in a timely and efficient manner

Came out the same day and fixed my problem in one quick visit.

They came out at 8:30am to give me an estimate. I agreed and they sent a plumber out at 11:30am. Total project of replacing my sink faucet, two sink drains and all new pipes was completed by 3:00pm. The plumber even went to Home Depot to pick up the faucet I ordered on-line. WOW what a great experience!!!!!

The person that came out was friendly. He explained everything that was needed for the job. He also went over the pricing before I sighed.

Initial call was for low pressure in kitchen. They called and arrived within two hours. Diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. Service Rep was able to complete several other repairs needed as well. Bernard was professional, knowledgeable, explained so I could understand easily. Great service and will call again if ever needed.

I was a little worried to hire such a large plumbing company but the experience was great and pricing was fair. Steve our plumber was very thorough in explaining our concerns and letting us know what absolutely needed attention and what could hold off on if we wanted. Communication was excellent and they were quick to schedule the estimate and work.
