They were quick fast and efficient very pricey I needed the job done on a rental property so I just had him do it.

The technician arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. He explained everything in detail.

They came out within an hour of our intitial listing/call, and were to able to give us an estimate and complete the work right then. They understood what we needed right away, and took careful assessment of everything that would impact the project. Their work was professional and timely. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs. On a side note, their administrative office had called back to make sure that the technicians had arrived and were able to help, and that we were taken care of. They also had sent emails for contact purposes, and everything was handled by the technicians also by electronic means, sending an email with our receipt.

The plumber that came out was very efficient and knowledgeable. The office called when they said they would, and sent an email with the plumber's picture before he showed up. He was quick, clean and very helpful as he explained what all the steps were. We had a garage disposal go bad, and he replaced it within an hour. Everything looks good and there are no leaks. A very professional job. I would hire them again and would recommend them.
