Made my emergency a priority. Technician was friendly, professional. Very satisfied.

These guys are very expensive.

The price was fine until they said they needed double the money to blow out the line. I found out later that was bull and they work on some kind of commission of some kind if they sell something else. It was like me pay for them to check there work but luckily I told them no on that part. But all of a sudden they do it for free. It’s like me going to go get my brakes done at a brake shop and they let me go home with out them ever testing there own work. They were fast and the job was good. But watch for the extra’s.

Great service, but I think it is too expensive.

Very couteous and professional. Poor guys worked through a storm and never complained or slowed down. The company came on Sunday for emergency sewer snaking and the price was very reasonable for a weekend. Not aggressively trying to up-sell you like some other plumbing services I have used. The guys were very honest and did just what I wanted. Will use them again.

I felt the price was a little steep, but someone was here in less than 24 hours for a non-emergency. The tech,Matt, was professional and pleasant and I'm glad I hired mr.rooter for this job.

Plumbers very nice. I had them install a replacement tub spout which they said would cost $156. They could tighten it and had to add a welded 45 degree copper fitting. To do that work the price went to $356 (of which $105 was for diagnostic check). I shouldn't have agreed but had company coming and running out of time. Tried to use the shower (first time) no water pressure and the previously installed pipe started leaking. Thanks but no thanks, won't call them again, customer beware.

Mr. Rooter, a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Within 2 hours of my web search there was a mr. Rooter van parked in my driveway with a technician who was neatly dressed in uniform and ready to go to work. The technician assess the job, repaired the fault, and cleaned up his job site in a very timely manner. As we were preparing the invoice, a question popped into my head and I ask the technician why is he not in the mr. Rooter and Megan commercials, because of bright articulate young man such as yourself would appear to be an asset to the mr. Rooter Corporation. I believe mr. Rooter should reevaluate the talent that they have out in the field and reward those who show the show the type of dedication that I heard from this young man. Megan as a franchise holder you have the right commercial going it's cute and legit but you should highlight all of your employees. Thank you Megan mr. Rooter for a job well done

Plumber was very good. The price he had to quote was exceedingly high. If I had not needed it done rapidly I would not have agreed to have the work done.
