Jon was personable, and helped me find the best solution to other house-hold issues we were having not plumbing related. Being a semi-new homeowner, that was a big deal to me. He was able to quickly fix our original issue, as well, of course.

I had Mr Rooter replace the gas control valve on my hot water tank. Owning property for a few decades, I have met quite a few tradesmen. I must say, that from the beginning call to the tech leaving, I was thoroughly impressed with this company. I will go on and on about Simone, who answered the phones, just because the level of her customer service surpassed everything I've experienced in many years. She flexibly scheduled me, considering that I was awaiting a part from the manufacturer, so that I could get the job done as quickly as possible. The pricing was a little steep, but when it comes to gas fittings and electrical work, I call in the pros. Nick, the field service tech, was timely and friendly. He explained the cost and got to work.

Very professional and timely. The problem ended up not being plumbing and the diagnostic fee was a bit much; however, I now know what the problem is and can have it addressed.
