Great service and a the tech was real nice and new his job.

The plumber ran out to acquire the hot water heater at a local dealer. Its cost was not itemized but included in the total installation invoice price.

Tech was very nice.

They made sure that I had a hot water tank that was free from damage. The first tank that arrived had damage and was immediately sent back and replaced within 30 minutes. They also allowed me to arrange the financing which took over a week to have in place. Great team of people who made me feel that they had my best interests in mind. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

Expensive! But it was a last minute repair and replacement, so I used them... $275 to install a faucet I purchased.

I had an appointment and no one showed up and no one called to let me know. Waited until 9 pm at night for nothing. VERY disappointing customer service. Would not like to have to use again.

Very Very expensive for how easy the flushing process on the tankless water heater is! Will do it myself next time and save the hundreds of dollars!!!!
