I paid $600.00 to have them unclog a toilet! They did some other work - using a camera to check the sewer line - which I now believe was not warranted. There were no indications that anything else was wrong besides the toilet. I did authorize the work then they tried to sell me $6000 worth of corrective work. I am still not sure it is necessary but I do not trust them to figure it out. I also found out that the City of Berea will clean out the line for free!

The tech didn't preform the work he claimed. He told me that he snaked the drain. Before he started the job all I had was a small leak in the pipe underneath my sink. Once he left I had leaks in all of my pipes he had totally messed up the piping underneath my sink. I called in another plumber because I refuse to let mr. Rooter technician do anything else because of the price he was asking. When the new technician came in he explained that the snaking should have been done in the basement rather than through the kitchen sink and that all my pipes underneath the sink were destroyed

Garrett is a great representation of the service first mentality. He arrived the same day I called and was on time. He greeted me with a smile and I immediately felt like a friend was here to help me. I showed him the result of the problem and told him what I thought. He provided a couple of quotes and we engaged in really great dialogue. It was pressure-free which is exactly how I prefer. It turned out I needed a new hot water heater. He was willing to work late into a Friday night to install yet it worked better for me to have him return Saturday morning. He was more than accommodating to my schedule. I completely recommend Garrett for all your plumbing needs.

My mother had a stroke and hospice brought her home. We had a house full of people when the sewer line backed up at a notorious part of the yard for root blockage. Three days before Christmas I wanted to have a camera survey done and then clear the line. I put in the request for a quote through Home Advisor early AM and was called so afterward, I explained the need for urgent work, and was advised their guy would call when in route. Kile arrived at about 9:00, presented a work scope and estimate. The camera unit arrived a half hour later with Mike the supervisor. There were some substantial blockages. They explained the hydro pressure unit had to come from another location, which took an hour. A crew arrived with a trailer containing the pressure unit. Rotorooting these days is done with high pressure water jetting to break up root masses more thoroughly than a rotating cutter head. They cleared the clay pipe and resurveyed the line with the camera snake to find and blast the remnants. I watched the live video feed. There were four trucks and 5 fellows on site by the end of it all. The men were courteous and friendly, did a good job, and I would call them again. They provided a senior discount and another discount for the nested service (camera hydro pressure). The charge was $860. I thought this was a bit high. However, they came at once to a must have work done situation to a house full of people 3 days before Christmas and a funeral. It was a perfect storm - and that made it worth the cost.
