BAUER'S PROFESSIONAL TOUCH PLANTS

We received flowers from Bauer's Professional Touch. As we were not home when they arrived, they were left with a neighbor -- a neighbor that we did not know. The deliverer left a note with the name (no address) of the person the flowers were let with; we did not recognize the name at all. A neighbor we do know told us that a man was repeatedly walking around our house and knocking on doors; this neighbor told me which house the flowers were left. I had to repeatedly knock on this person's door (to find a time that person was home, as I had no phone number and had never met this person) to pick up the package. This was all incredibly awkward, frankly annoying, and could have been avoided just by leaving the flowers on our own porch or back steps.
