Rodney arrived right on time and was very nice and professional. He climbed up on our roof and fastened down the piece of flashing that had come off. Everything went very smoothly and he was great to work with. We will be using him again in the future. I highly recommend him and his company.

If I could give Rodney a higher grade that A+, I would. We have a cabin in Danville and I was having trouble finding anyone willing to clean out our gutters. Rodney normally does not do just gutter cleaning but he took pity on me. He said he would driver over and check it out.. Withing 3 hours he went to the cabin and cleaned out the gutters, even replacing a gutter that had come loose. I cannot express what a huge lift this was off my shoulders. I recommend him HIGHLY to anyone.

We chose Copper Ridge because of the work they had done on my in-laws house. The job was simple but was done quickly and neatly. Rodney was knowledgeable about the insurance process and provided guidance; personal visits, quotes, etc. too meet their requirements. At the time we called, the crews were very busy after a summer of storms but we weren’t in such a hurry and preferred dealing with someone we were at least somewhat familiar with so we agreed on an install by a date several weeks out.
It was late in the season, with shorter daylight hours and some wet/cold weather to hamper the work. They made two and a partial day visits, removing the main section and replacing it the first visit, then returning to remove and replace the second half another day and finally completing the flashing and other details in a few hours the third visit. They completed the new roof in the time originally estimated. The crew was courteous, arrived when expected and cleaned up their job site after each visit. Rodney was professional, friendly and set expectations that were attainable for his crew.
I would recommend Copper Ridge to anyone looking for a contractor.

On time started the small roof on my house sq. front home and were done by one pm. Careful clean up, neat work and polite crew.

Just to update almost a year later the product and workmanship are holding up well. Still feel positive about my experience and may ask them to perform more work in the near future.
