Don was incredibly accommodating, rearranging his schedule to install the system so that we could close on a house the same day. After explaining the situation and the urgency, Don called his previously scheduled client and asked if they would be willing to reschedule so that he could handle an emergency situation allowing us to close on time. He was extremely professional and solved the situation in a fair and cost effective manner. He was also willing to travel to Ashville, Ohio, after we were told by several Columbus area businesses that they did not come that far. We highly recommend him!
