Waited 6 hours and was told they could not make it for another 1/2 hour which was already 1 1/2 hours past the time "scheduled" time period and we had an event. They offered to reschedule and when I asked for a specific hour they told me they could not do that and I would have to schedule a period of time. I said no that was crap customer service. Two days after writing an email to the company I did get a phone call from the CFO saying that is not how they do business and it was a mistake and they would like to make it up to me. That is why I gave them the 1/2 star. I ended up fixing the problem myself and will use someone else if I have a problem

We've had back up (just water) for the past 6 months. Hiring Ecoplumbers was the 3rd Plumbing Company we had over to our home. The backup became worse and soon there were "turds" and sewage coming out of what we thought was the main drain. Karl Hester was polite, efficient, determined, respectful and went beyond the call of duty. After cleaning every drain that was accessible, He discovered that the access to our main drain had been cemented over when the house was built in 1957. He dug out the cement, ran the snake and the drain cleared.

I have used the eco plumbers quite a few times. They are courteous, professional, and do great work. If there is a problem that arises they will figure it out and take care of it.

Quick response! They came out to the house twice in the same day! The first time to consult and then again to replace the water heater. Quick service! They made sure to walk use through how to use our new equiptment.

This company has a great customer service attitude. From the people answering the phones to the service manager to the guys who atctualy did the work. They were great. On time and up to date.

Professional, friendly, honest, efficient. These guys installed gas service to our kitchen area to prepare for a new gas stove/oven where only electric existed previous. Was in an awkward spot in the home but the installers made it look easy with a minimum of mess and alteration to the home. They were able to cut a small opening to gain access to the range area through our finished basement soft and you cannot even tell that they were ever here. Cleaned up after the job as well. Would definitely recommend.
