Profile shows Free estimates and did not honor it. Also did talk to receptionist and she indicated that there was a free estimate this was before having him come out. Made no mention of a diagnostic fee upon making the appointment w/receptionist and when service man came out. Service man when came out did the work and than mentioned the diagnostic fee charging $93. Also contractor was very unprofessional when discussing the diagnostic fee.
