He arrived on time. Explained what was wrong. Gave me 3 options on fixing my problem and explained each option. Completed the work in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the work done on my toilet. He also sent me a copy of the invoice and the 3 options.

They got here to help us very quickly and were reasonably priced. Holden did a great job fixing everything we asked for, so I would definitely hire them again!

Josh was extremely knowledgable and professional. Although it was only one leaky faucet in the Bathtub, the Solution to a new one was rather complex. I was a bit shocked by the overall cost, but to his credit he tried to find cheaper solutions that were just not available to us. A minor (biut for me important issue). They did not leave me with Model, Part or Warranty Information of the Moen Kit.. But hopefully will still receive it. Klaus
