The entire hiring process from their free onsite visit, estimate, scheduling and installation was done extremely well. Their estimator was friendly, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. The installer, Chris, was knowledgeable, efficient and a good communicator. I am very pleased with ECO and would recommend them without hesitation.

Charged me more than $200 to fix shower drain and install new sink faucet. First tech charged $150 for an assessment but fixed nothing. When I complained, manager sent a 2nd tech who was competent and professional to complete work. Quoted prices are excessive (lump sum) giving impression work is more difficult than it really is. Recommend you find a local, independent plumber who would charge an hourly rate $100-150/hr seems a more than reasonable rate.
