Jeff Treneff from Simple bath showed up on time and listened to our asks and the problems we were trying resolve with this remodel. He suggested a few options and we had some ideas of our own - we landed on one. There was no pressure what so ever, he in fact strongly recommended that we invite other contractors and hear their pitch too. He provided us a quote there and then and recommended that we visit his showroom to select the materials, which we did the same day. We did not get any quote from any other contractor as we felt VERY comfortable with Jeff.
We made our selections and signed the contract that day itself and Jeff walked us through a process which was followed to the T.
Tony came out a few days later and took all the measurements. We were informed about 3 months in advance of our install dates so that we could plan appropriately. Those were the dates when installation happened.
Day of install - the installers showed up on time and the team of Jim, Bill, Bryan and Cealy was terrific. There was some misunderstanding about the contract and the work to be performed, both Jeff and Tony personally visited to resolve the misunderstanding and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. Jeff also stopped by next day to make sure that the work being performed was of high quality. The installation team was courteous, respectful and thorough. They made sure to cover everything and kept the dust to a minimum. They completed their work on time, cleaned up the work area (garage & bathroom), explained thoroughly about do's and don'ts before they left, leaving us with a great looking bathroom and not even an iota of dust. The kids jaws dropped and had a sigh of appreciation when they saw their new bathroom.
The entire team of Simple bath, back office to the folks on the ground were a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to our next project with Simple Bath.

UPDATE:
I would like to thank Mary Rubin and Gary Cooper for their care in making the shower head accessible for my mother. Gary came back and reviewed situation and consulted with the owner, Mary, who then authorized a brand new bar type shower head fixture that allows the shower head to be adjusted easily by my mother who is on the short side. Anyway I feel we were hasty in our original review. I feel that Gary and Mary went above and beyond in their services as they did not charge additional money for something they could have. It is a very beautiful shower and I would not hesitate to call them for other projects.

Upon seeing your review, I stopped everything I was doing to investigate the situation. I was deeply troubled by the thought that we had let you down or caused any unnecessary inconvenience for you and your parents. I also phoned you right away. Mary (the owner) came out promptly and gave us an estimate for both bathrooms. The best part is that Mary is wonderful with color and design so you not only get a new bathroom but great suggestions on paint and cabinetry. Jim and Bill were our installers. They showed up on time, worked hard all the way through to the end of the day and then cleaned up. You could tell they were a team that worked well together and had done this work for a long time. Once we set the time for the work to be done, those dates were set aside for us and that is when they began the work. They also completed everything on time. Simple Bath was very good at following up on the details, even helping us find light switch covers to match our bathroom faucets. I would encourage anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel to contact Simple Bath. They will do a great job for you.

"Dear [member name removed], When we completed your bathroom remodeling project, we got the nicest handwritten review from you here in our office. I'm so grateful when people take the time to do that! So, imagine my surprise when I read this review! I have tried to reach you by phone ever since the confusion arose over your final invoice. I cannot tell you how sorry I am that there was ANY confusion whatsoever that was caused by our 3-stage invoicing process as is outlined on our contract. We instituted this about 4 years ago for the benefit of our clients. Whenever there are custom shower doors involved in any project, we divide the balance into three payments: deposit, partial final payment, and remainder of balance AFTER installation of custom shower doors. When your wife received our final invoice, she called the office here with some confusion. My office manager tried to explain, including dates and amounts of credit card deposit and check received. I then tried to phone you back, not to collect the balance….but only to be sure there was no misunderstanding or feeling of mistrust or confusion. That's just not our way of doing business, and it's so unsettling to me to know that you feel so. I will continue to try to reach you by phone. But perhaps if you see this message, you will know that your are absolutely welcome to give me a call personally and discuss the issue that is causing some bad feelings. Whether we speak or not, please know that I hope you continue to be very pleased with the work we did and that I am sorry for the misunderstanding about our invoicing. Mary herself came out to give us an estimate on the work. She was very professional and knowledgeable and brought plenty of samples for us to choose from. She was very good at giving us a vision of what our master bath could look like. She was also very honest and helpful in steering us away from touching our upstairs bath which she said was in fine shape and would be ideal for a family with children that might purchase our house.
The work took place over a four day period (can't remember the exact dates), but Mary's crew did a great job on all of the necessary work. To make a long story short, we ended up with a beautiful master bath, and our house ended up selling our house in two days. Our buyer specifically mentioned that the master bath was what sold her on the house.
Simple Bath was very easy to work with and used the highest quality finishes on our house, especially the onyx shower surround they fabricated and installed.
