Fantastic!!! Sean Turner did the best job I could have hoped for. He cleaned the gutter and the downspout. Also reinstalled dislodged gutter guards and cleaned off the entire patio canopy. He is a great communicator; in that he informed me of every step of the process as he went. Took time to explain everything in "layman's terms" to this elderly lady client. I would hire Sean again in a heartbeat -- he is a fantastic individual. He was punctual and went right to work upon arrival.

They started by charging us $50 just for giving us an estimate. While this isn't unheard of -- for large jobs it can take a lot of time to put together an accurate estimate, but this was not that kind of job. They sent us an estimate the next day. They wanted over $1k to stain the "500 feet" of quarter-round (nearly 3x the actual length of what we have), and over $3k to touch up the walls. We've had the entire first floor repainted for less than that. To replace a faucet they wanted over $300. We had our kitchen faucet replaced recently for $80 and the worker did a great job. It was obvious that they simply did not want our business, and I would have much preferred to have them say "we don't want to do your job, it's not worth our time" than to give us a set of estimates this ridiculous. I will never pay for an estimate again from anybody and I guess it was a $50 lesson learned. Would not recommend.

I would absolutely not recommend Mr Handyman of West Columbus. I had 2 simple jobs - one to replace a board above the garage door and one to replace a board around a window. The repairman didn't replace the seal next to the garage door correctly and now there is a big gap at the top of the garage door. Then for the window they kept rescheduling and rescheduling because they said they couldn't get technicians. I started the process in July and they called today trying to reschedule to Nov 2. The one time they did come they said, they didn't have the correct board for the window when in fact I had the correct one and showed it to him. I would absolutely not recommend Mr Handyman of West Columbus!!! I am getting someone else to do the work and to redo the gap on the garage door!!!

He did good, that's why I used him several times.

It went very well. Excellent job.

We have a two-story great room and need a light fixture hung there, swapping out an existing ceiling fan. After waiting days for an answer to our work request submitted online, we get scheduled. They don't have weekend or evening hours, so we have to miss work for the appointment. They have us clarify the height of the ceiling (is within their height maximum of 20') and state that they will need to rent a scaffold (an additional expense to us, which is fine) and give a rough estimate for pricing. All sounds good and we set a date. Two days before the scheduled appointment, they cancel (the guy is ill) and can't reschedule for another month. Fine, we schedule that. Get another call last week that they can squeeze us in earlier; great, we'll take it. Guy shows up for the new appointment completely unprepared. Just brings a ladder; no rented scaffold, like agreed upon. So he bails, says he can't do it and has to go talk to his boss. A day wasted waiting for them. On top of that, we call to talk about the issue and our disappointment, no one answers the phone and no returned call about the voicemail we left. Never using again. Will warn others about their lack of competence in even coming prepared to a job.

The technician was prompt and efficient. All jobs were completed quickly and correctly.
