Poorly. Caution to future members!
Description of Work: 3 year old Samsung HDTV. Joe walks in at 3:00 PM, looks at the TV for a minute, tells me not to bother plugging it in, asks me briefly about the problem, tells me I am going to be shopping for a new TV, takes the model number, leaves at 3:16 PM with a check for $75.00. According to him, they don't sell the parts that I would need to fix it. Then he tells me it would cost more to fix it than replace it.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my volume control on my big screen TV. I called and talked with Joe. He suggested that I check my cable box and make sure my volume control was set at the highest rating. PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks Joe!!!
