Description of Work: Repaired the inside parts of 2 toilets. Tried to sell us a whole new toilet when all that was needed was a new gasket, then used parts of a repair kit my husband purchased from a local hardware store and still over charged us! I would not use them again or refer this company.

Description of Work: The company was great, I would use them for the future. They advised me that the flush that I ordered could not be performed due to the age of the water heater. It would do more harm than good. They also noticed that the pilot light was out, however, did not charge me. They provided me with an estimate for the cost of a new water heater if in the future I need to replace it.

Description of Work: They replaced a disposal. The plumber said I also had a leaky faucet, and needed 3 shut offs installed under the kitchen sink. He said If I bought the services that day, it would only be $600.00. I did not notice a leaky kitchen faucet before he came, and $600.00 seems like a lot, especially to buy on the spot, so I declined.

Description of Work: Had them out three times, because one of the toilets did not work properly. It was the flushing mechanism. Finally solved the problem by removing the mechanism |and |replacing it with a new one. While it took three visits they came very soon after I called and eventually solved the problem at no cost to me.

Description of Work: Originally started with the $189 garbage disposal and they did such an excellent job for us that we asked for a quote to replumb some plumbing that was done wrong under our sink and in the utility room. Their price was fair they had it done quickly and efficiently and it is working better than it ever has. I would highly recommend Eco. |

Description of Work: Eco Plumbers was hired to fix a leaky toilette. They replaced all the parts inside the toilette. The toilette leaks worse now. Furthermore, the Eco Plumber was supposed to provide a quote to replace the faucet in our tub. They never got back to us with an estimate. Don't waste your time with this vendor.

Description of Work: Tied with Order #1470315, 3 Toilet Tune Ups. Service person was very professional, explained what deal covered. Wife and I decided rather than do Tune Ups now, we would save up for toilet replacement in the spring and to replace the garbage disposal when we replaced the counter top and sink, probably also in the spring.

If the drain as clogged again, we will gladly come out and investigate if you have underlying issues that are causing chronic back ups. If the drain was running freely after the visit we have no way of knowing this at the time. We can not warranty clogs but will absolutely come back out for a FREE estimate to see where your issue may be. As far as the additional sale items those are just suggestions for water saving options I apologize if you felt over sold. Description of Work: We didn't have any hot water so Ecoplumbers came out to evaluate the situation. It was decided with the age of our current hot water tank that we would be better off getting a new one. We went with a tankless and are very pleased with the results. Ecoplumbers took the proper amount of time to install the new system correctly. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
