Description of Work: The sewer backed up with waste into my basement. The service provider, Dan, was excellent in dealing with the issue quickly, efficiently and also helped clean up some of the "mess".

Description of Work: Paid for 2 hot water tank flushes and plumbing inspection from a Angie's list big deal. They came out and said the tanks were old and flushing them could cause leaks. One of the units pilot lights wouldn't stay on. The qouted a price that was way out of line for replacement and said the sump pump needed replaced, I had replaced it 5 months ago and is working just fine. I asked about a refund as they didn't do the flush and said no as they had came out. They didn't do anything other what I mentioned above. Not a contractor I would ever use again or recommend.

Description of Work: We had a mix up with price and charges, yet the company manager was willing to take care of the situation and all problems were quickly resolved.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal and I purchased a product that cleans drains. He was very professional and informed me of everything he was doing. Their responsiveness is of the highest.

Description of Work: Connected gas line in basement to install a gas range. Very timely and professional, and was completed within about an hour. That's why the 'B' rating for the cost, but obviously that wasn't a deal breaker because we authorized the work after the estimate was given.

Description of Work: They fixed a commode of which the insides were not working and it was runny all the time.

Description of Work: I thought the pipes had burst from the cold but the kitchen faucet was froze and the supply line popped out of the hot water pipe. Charles did the work and he did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite and he also went into the crawl space to make sure the pipes had not burst. He replaced the supply line for the hot and cold faucets and also installed a shut off on the hot. My only issue was the price. I thought it was too high for the service that was performed, I may or may not use them again for that reason.

Description of Work: They were to install a brand new water heater that I purchased from a different local reputable retailer. They were on time and very polite. But, after spending 5 mins looking at my old water heater, and imputing data into their hand held estimating device they said it will cost me $940.00 to install the new water heater. Which works out to appropriately $450 per hour to install a water heater. I declined and called a local plumber who did the job for less than $250, total.
