Description of Work: The plumber arrived on time and looked at my outdoor spigot to be replaced. He informed me that the replacement spigot was inferior to the one i already had. He recommended NOT replacing it. I was appreciative of his honesty and integrity. I've used eco plumbers before and will in the future.

Description of Work: Cleared clogged lines, 3rd time I've use them. They always call in advance, their was a slight delay in arrival time, but the circumstances were warranted, related to a sensitive situation with another customer. If I'd been that customer, I'd have wanted the same care and consideration. They've always provided top notch service, friendly and courteous plumbers. They're my "go to" plumbing service!

Description of Work: The arrived on time and I had some extra work they I required. They did a great job I just felt the extra work was a bit pricy as I had the materials for the work that I provided but I was charged from a preset menu for type of work I am not sure if materials were included or not. Other than that I am happy with the work they performed.

Description of Work: Replaced drain line behind wall in kitchen and rerouted a line in utility room. While the price did seem a little high I went and approved the work since I did not want to get another estimate. Nothing wrong with the quality of work just seemed since most of the cost was labor it was a little pricey.

Description of Work: My house was built with polybutylene plumbing. I told the person who took my order on the phone that this was the case and I was told that they were capable of working with this product. The tech came to my house and was visibly upset when he saw the piping. He then told me that it was illegal for him to even touch it and the only thing he could do was replace all of the plumbing in my house. Called another company and the repairs were performed satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Came to look at a toilet rocking on the base. I thought / hoped it would be an easy repair of the flange, but it turned out to be a larger job that they don't do. They removed the toilet and drained the water, cleaned up, etc. Would call them again.
