Description of Work: Sump pump failed and we were on our backup pump. ECO came in on an emergency call (Sunday afternoon) and restored the pump good as new. Saved our butt!

Description of Work: Eco Plumbers sent a tech who was late, didn't seem certain in what he was doing, and at first didn't think he had the right tools to open my drain in order to determine why the sewer line was backing up into my basement floor drain. After locating a wrench in his truck, he "cleaned" my main line drain. When the sewer line backed up again 5 weeks later, Eco Plumbers would not warrant the service. I was not going to pay them twice to "fix" the same issue. Had to pay another company to come out and find that Eco Plumbers didn't completely clean the drain the first time. Loved contending with the extra sewage back up in my basement due to their incomplete work. Oh, and the Eco Plumbers tech they sent "showed me" where my sewer lines run to the back of my property for 60 feet. I had to disagree based on the other floor drains but he insisted that was correct. The next company confirmed with the camera that they were in fact 80 feet to the front of my house. I knew the price I paid Eco Plumbers for a mainline drain cleaning was too good to be true.

Description of Work: He was unable to perform the work specified in the Big Deal that I purchased, because it was outside the scope the deal. He gave me a quote for the work I needed, but I chose to postpone the work.

Description of Work: Inspected sump pump & outside drainage, gave estimate for new pump and valve - very high by my standards ($500 for 1/3 hp pump). $140 at Home Depot & replaced it myself in 20 minutes. I have had very good experience with eco-plumbers previously but the estimate for future work gave me great pause.

Description of Work: A sump pump and yard drainage inspection. Gave more options than necessary which was a nice gesture, but started confusing us on what needs to be done vs. doing it all. Overall, a good visit and a good company.

Description of Work: Replaced outside faucet and 3 toilets. Travis was on time and was very friendly. I liked the way he went over everything before it was actually installed to make sure it was what I wanted and agreed too. Travis cleaned up after installing the faucet and toilets and I didn't have to do a thing. He hauled away all the old toilets and packaging of the new ones. The follow-up call by the company the next day was a surprise and very much appreciated as they wanted to know how the experience went and if I was satisfied with the products I received. I would definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs.

We called about water heater and later found toilet leaking that day. Had new toilet on truck originally and started with that. Measured space for water heater to make sure new one would fit before he had it brought over.
