Description of Work: I have several projects for them right now. Replacement of bathroom faucet happened today. Remaining work will happen next Tuesday. I've used them in the past to inspect main sewer line leaving the house, and for emergency water tank valve repair for a friend's house. Both great experiences.

Description of Work: I purchased the special deal offered by Eco Plumbers replacing an outdoor faucet. When I contacted via email and by phone, I requested a couple of other services be done. We scheduled the appointment. The person I spoke with was very helpful and professional. The plumber called in advance, was timely for the appointment. Before I had the opportunity to show him the outdoor faucet, he began speaking about the benefits of a water conditioner for quite a long time. He finally did get to replacing the outdoor faucet, but first informed me that Angie's List advertised the special offer incorrectly, just so I knew what a great deal I got, since Eco Plumbers was honoring it. Again, I was lectured on the benefits of a water conditioner, given a demonstration about the harsh levels of chemicals in my water. Unfortunately, there was not ample time to take care of my other wishes, so I was very disappointed since it isn't easy to schedule these appointments and I thought it would be helpful to get the services done at once. The plumber did type the details/costs of the additional repairs on a tablet, then mentioned they could be added in at no cost with the installation of a water conditioner. He said he would email it to me, confirming my email address. I never got it. (?) |I would have liked to have been told upfront if providing the additional services would not be possible, and be spared the lengthy lecture on water conditioners, or at least be asked if I had time and interest in listening. |I do like the new outdoor faucet (although I checked it after the plumber left and it leaked!) I had to call back to get him to make an adjustment. He returned promptly but never acknowledged his presence or confirmed all was taken care of.

Description of Work: Discovered that we failed to turn off one of our outside frost proof faucets from the inside. When we went to use it again this spring, water was leaking significantly at the top of the outside portion of the spigot, between the outside wall and the faucet (not sure what that element of the device is called) We have had issues with this faucet in the past, which resulted in water getting into our adjacent widow well and basement. It was replaced approximately 9 years ago. We had some outside stone work done after that, so the existing faucet was cemented in fairly good. But, we knew this needed to be addressed quickly, especially given significant watering we do for our flowers. | |So, when we saw that Eco Plumbers has an Angie's List special for an outdoor faucet replacement, we knew it was time to act. More work was involved that was covered by the deal, but we realized that would be the case going in. Pearl was our technician and he was very helpful in his explanations and did a great job. No more leaks and the new faucet has been working great! Will definitely have Eco Plumbers on the list for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had Eco plumbers come and look at my underground pvc pipes for downspouts. They scoped the pipe and found that roots had punctured the pipe. The service was great for 50 dollars. However there quote to fix the pipe was over $3,000. As such, I will not be using them for the work.

Description of Work: Inspected the sump pump and used a camera to check the drain to the street. With all the rain wanted to make sure everything was in order.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal. Chris was courteous, professional, friendly, on time, respectful of home and its cleanliness, we asked him to upgrade the size of the unit and he was helpful with this decision. Definitely would and will hire ECO again.

Description of Work: Eco Plumbers sent a tech who was late, didn't seem certain in what he was doing, and at first didn't think he had the right tools to open my drain in order to determine why the sewer line was backing up into my basement floor drain. After locating a wrench in his truck, he "cleaned" my main line drain. When the sewer line backed up again 5 weeks later, Eco Plumbers would not warrant the service. I was not going to pay them twice to "fix" the same issue. Had to pay another company to come out and find that Eco Plumbers didn't completely clean the drain the first time. Loved contending with the extra sewage back up in my basement due to their incomplete work. Oh, and the Eco Plumbers tech they sent "showed me" where my sewer lines run to the back of my property for 60 feet. I had to disagree based on the other floor drains but he insisted that was correct. The next company confirmed with the camera that they were in fact 80 feet to the front of my house. I knew the price I paid Eco Plumbers for a mainline drain cleaning was too good to be true.
