Description of Work: We were called when the plumber was on his way, communication was very good. He was on time, friendly, and explained our options well. We were somewhat surprised at the cost, but haven't had to have a plumber in years, so I think that explains it. It cost $485 to furnish and install a new toilet, a conservation toilet and very nice, and $165 to install a new kitchen sink strainer bowl, which we supplied. I really don't know if that is common today or not. Overall, if the price is in an expected range, I would give them high marks.

Description of Work: Originally had an outside faucet replaced. I also asked John to check our sump pump. It was not working and the plumbing was no longer up to code. I made arrangements for him to replace the pump and pipes which he did the following week. I am very pleased with his expertise and work.
