Description of Work: I purchased the $69 Frost-Free Outdoor Hose faucet replacement. They had to cancel our initial appointment (but called several hours before and actually rescheduled for a more convenient time). We received several reminder and confirmation calls, as well as an email when the technician was on his way. Travis arrived on time, was polite, clean and respectful of our house. He got to work (I was not home at the time- my wife was) and when I arrived home, he was very helpful in providing additional recommendations with regard to our aging water heaters as well as several other plumbing recommendations. | |He was honest, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. | |I was given as estimate for replacing our water heaters with a tankless water heater. While the price seemed high, I may still use the services of EcoPlumbers because of Travis' expertise.

Description of Work: Cory Wilson arrived on time and was able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently. Our fixture was non-standard so he did not have the parts needed on his truck, but he came back the next day and finished the job. We would definitely have them come out again!

Description of Work: I had an Angie's List deal for inspecting the sump pump, lines and drainage. Chris was very professional and courteous and I appreciate that he pointed things out along the way - whether it was something we should do now or soon, or something to consider in the future, or ways to conserve water or preserve plumbing function. While he did have several suggestions, I did not feel sales pressure. While on site, we had him flush the hot water heater. Cost reported reflects the Deal plus $69 tank flush.

Description of Work: Set up the time online. ECO plumbers came out to put in a new frost proof faucet. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. Also got estimates for some other plumbing work that I was thinking about. The only thing that have earned them an "A" in quality was the plumber could have placed the faucet closer to the wall than he did (about 3/8" away now).It is nothing more than a minor problem as I will have to place a spacer between the faucet and the wall before I anchor it to the wall.

Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen faucet. Was not expecting to have to replace the faucet. I had them choose the faucet. It was never secured correctly and "wiggles" after awhile, and then it needs to be tightened. Did not care for the plumber or his attitude. did not feel respected as the customer.

Description of Work: Ammar was prompt, professional, and finished in a timely manner. He unclogged my kitchen drain and put all new pipes under my sink. I would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Eco plumbers replaced our outdoor hose hookup. It was leaking before they replaced it. The plumber was efficient. The replacement had to be rescheduled due to plumbing emergencies elsewhere, which I understand. The new hookup is a bit smaller than the one he replaced, it would have been nice to have some insulation or a plate to cover the hole that it left around the new fixture. Otherwise, it was great! No more leaks!
