Description of Work: The company customer service was very pleasant and helpful. The technician was very good, his work was exactly as stated, he was polite,on time and did not rush through the job. The company called to let me know he was in route and also sent email with picture of the technician so that I would know what looked like when arrived. That was very professional and I liked it.

Description of Work: Had a water softer going bad and it was plugging up the filters and aerators at the faucets. Revamped the system to install a HALO filtration system and flushed out all the pipes. Also had them move the location on the Hybrid hot water tank and install a sump pump back up system.

Description of Work: I had an estimate done to correct a freezing sump line. Estimate was very thorough including pictures and description of the work. The company was very professional. Cost was a bit high so I decided to do the work myself. I expect a quote from others would have been just as high since the work was quite involved. I would consider them again in the future, but I think I tend to be too much of a DIY person.

Description of Work: The plumber came to flush out the water tank, which was too full of sediment for him to do. He then looked at our sump pump, water lines, toilets, etc and advised what we might get repaired or replaced. He seemed knowledgeable. We did not follow through on all his suggestions as they seemed unnecessary for the near future, and somewhat expensive.
