Description of Work: We wanted a toilet tuned up- I assumed some parts would be replaced...NOT |Mainly wanted to sell us a new toilet "out in the truck"

Description of Work: They cleared a pipe front my downspout to the street and took pictures. Showed me exactly where they problems are. Good work. The estimate for fixing the problems seemed a little high, but on the other hand, the cheaper guys didn't fix it correctly.

Description of Work: Initially contracted to do the toilet tuneup, we decided instead to replace the toilet completely. The plumber had several models on his truck, and showed me the specifications on his tablet. I was able to choose the one I wanted, and he did the installation at that point. The plumber also offered to look at any other plumbing issues that I may have had. He advised a replacement for the kitchen faucet, as it was dripping. I will consider them to do the replacement work for that.

Description of Work: Replaced outside water faucet with a frost proof faucet. John Simmons, the plumber, was very professional and did a perfect installation.

Description of Work: Fantastic group who performed maintenance on the five toilets in our house. They were professional and efficient, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They were unable to do any work for the for the offer and special that they were advertising through Angie's List. After many attempts to contact the company to set appt, they finally set a date. Only to inform me that they were unable to complete the $69 special that I had purchased. They said it would cost over $300 instead.

Description of Work: I purchased a special deal on installing a frost free outdoor faucet and added on some additional plumbing work that I needed to have done. They responded in a timely fashion and did good work. I got an outdoor faucet replaced at a great price and got an additional needed repair done as well. The plumber did get a small (around the size of a quarter) amount of insulating foam on our kitchen floor as a result of some problem with the spray can he used. He informed me that this happened and apologized. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the foam off of the floor. It is not a big deal, and I have not contacted the company about it. However, I do wish that it hadn't happened. On a different note, he asked me if we wanted to upgrade to a more expensive faucet choice than the one included in the deal we paid for. I was not pressured to purchase the higher priced faucet and did not choose to do so. However, I would have preferred not to have been asked. It left me wondering if they had installed an inferior product, even though I was told that the basic faucet was fine. He also asked about whether or not we had a water softener and left a water test kit and materials on a water softener system that they install. There was no pressure to purchase anything. At the same time, when I purchase a service, I would rather not feel like I'm getting a sales pitch along with the service, recognizing that this one was very low key.

Description of Work: We used a Big Deal offer to replace an exiting disposal that happened to spring a leak a few days before we were to have a party at our house. The Eco Plumbers came out the same day that we called, replaced the disposal, and even looked at a toilet that had a slow leak from the tank to the bowl (we had just replaced the gasket and didn't know what else to do) and fixed the problem with a simple float adjustment at no extra charge. Great service, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: All I got was a sales and Marketing call and estimate to spend several thousand dollars - I could have gotten that estimate for free! They did not replace the outside faucet - I think I should get my money back. |I think often Angie's list offers are com-on for sales calls and spend more money deals - its a shame!
