Description of Work: installed part in toilet.he was very high pressure for me to buy a 600.00 he was trying to sell us a toilet when all we wanted was tune up paid angies list 58.00 and he charged us an additional 100.00 dollars before he left. he was trying to shake my toilet loose to prove I needed his expensive toilet.will never use this company again

Description of Work: The individual who helped us directly (Gavin) was so personable and professional. I very much enjoyed the way he handled the sale and work. However, we were dissatisfied with the final product - the finish work was sloppy and rushed. When we requested they come back and do an inspection, they admitted it wasn't tended to properly (nothing unsafe!), and even took the time to show that everything was safe and to code... but still didn't fix the finishing issues to what we were hoping. Although Gavin was fabulous, and they were responsive to our needs (original call and follow-up calls), we just weren't happy with the product. Given the number of other options, we'll likely shop around next time we need a plumber, but won't completely discount using EcoPlumbers again.

Description of Work: We engaged them for a water heater flush. Water hear pilot was not staying. So the service man didn't flush. Mentioned there was a leak. In fact there was none. Provided a quote to replace tank which was outrageous. They offered to provide a $500 discount if I do it right away. Don't provide unwanted discounted by jacking up the price. My local plumbing company would do the same work for less than half of what they quoted. When I called and asked a service manager to call didn't receive any till date. I don't provide feedback in general and never gave negative ones. Couldn't control my emotions, I guess.

Description of Work: I had a frost-free outdoor hose faucet replacement put on by The Eco Plumbers. It was a Big Deal purchase of $69.

Description of Work: came to flush water tank, caused some calcium to clog my kitchen faucet to clog, the repairman's supervisor did not allow him to fix it completely that day. They came back out that Friday and fixed it. I would have preferred that my kitchen faucet had been fixed that same day

Description of Work: I purchased coupons to have toilet maintance done, but while the technician was there determined that the toilets needed replaced. I purchased two toilets and had new shutoff valves replaced as well. The work was done well and fast however I feel the price was pretty steep.

Description of Work: Apparently, toilet tune-up, means just replacing the rubber washer, which I had done, but couldn't provide a complete seal. And neither could they. Ultimately, I replaced the internal system in the cistern for another $15.00. |Did it myself. I guess I thought a tune-up meant a fix. I was wrong. A waste of money. In his defense the man was polite, courteous and professional but was limited by company policy to provide a minimal service.
