End result was great.
Description of Work: I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 years. Eco plumbers deserves an A rating in my opinion. I first hired them to install new outside faucets. The job was not completed to my satisfaction. They honored their word and returned to complete the work to my specifications. When I contact them they answer and when I ask for additional assistance they provide it.

Very smoothly. No issues at all.
Description of Work: Old house, new to us. Needed to replace a leaky outdoor faucet. The work was quick and efficient, and actually ended up replacing both of our outdoor faucets with newer better ones for essentially the price of one plus labor. Also gave me a full overview of our plumbing, which was very informative as a new homeowner, and much appreciated.

Description of Work: These guys came when they said they would, and promptly, and called ahead as promised. The price seemed high, but it turned out they had a lot of work (outside drainage)to do taking more time than they expected, but they honored the quote. They worked very hard and did quality work. Communications were excellent during the work, and they were responsive to concerns to leave as tidy a yard as practical when done. I would use them again.
