Description of Work: I hired them for a sump-pump and drain check knowing full well that my drain pipes to the street were most likely full of tree roots. They replaced my sump pump including a battery backup and the pipes between my downspouts and the street. They were prompt and efficient and arranged financing for me so I could get it done right away.

Description of Work: I didn't have any work done, but I must say I was disappointed with the customer service....and apparently I misunderstood the $93 drain-cleaning special on their website...doesn't include sink drains. Perhaps an off day of EcoPlumbers. .I am a fan of any business that factors in the environment in some way shape or form. But I will more than likely not attempt to do business with them. The communication on the phone was awkward and I almost felt intrusive. I needed help with a clogged sink. Called on a Thursday afternoon and after the initial strangeness (kept waiting for questions and prompting) I was told they were now scheduling things no earlier than Monday. Again, another long pause (maybe are connection was bad) and I said I could not do without my sink for that long, so I would look for someone else...no trying to stop me...just an okay, thank for calling.
