Description of Work: Bought the service for water hitter flashing , as per the engineer not safe to flash due to 14 yrs old n never flash after install. I think good advice and I willing to buy new one ( this have no problem but as per life it's almost over, 14 yrs now) I found they too costly comparing to others ( amlmost 70% more ...!!) They may have best service but very very costly .

Description of Work: They could not work on the sump pump because it was not installed properly. They said it needed to be taken out, the pit dug deeper and a new system put in. The cost would be close to $4,000. So, I had them replace an outdoor faucet that was not working properly.

Description of Work: Signed up for the frost free faucet. When the plumber arrived, he refused to go into the crawlspace and said that a crawlspace wasn't part of the deal. He gave me an estimate of over $500. Obviously I declined.

Description of Work: Nothing. I had purchased a deal for $99 Frost-Free Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement, Yard Draining Inspection, and More to have them do. When they came out, they informed me that there would be a significant additional charge due to having to go in through the crawl space. Due to this, I didn't proceed and got the deal refunded.

Description of Work: It was my understanding that he was to inspect the toilet and makes any repairs that needed done. I wasn't home when he came, so I can't rate him. However, my husband said that he didn't do anything to fix the problem we were having with the toilet and seemed more interested in selling us a new toilet than anything else. I've already reported this to you once, so please stop asking me to rate this service, since I wasn't there, I can't do it.
