I am thoroughly pleased with the job they did on my 2000 Acura. The car does not look anywhere near it's 12 year age. Jim stayed with me and asked that I do a complete review of his work before I left. I felt like any concern would have been addressed immediately. He was genuinely interested in knowing what I thought of the work.
I have two minuses to report. The first is similar to others who purchased Groupons. I've come to expect that it takes a little longer to get an appointment when I purchase a Groupon and that was the case with this service. The other negative is that this business is only open during typical business hours (approx 8:30AM-6PM). This made it difficult to get in with my work schedule and having to coordinate a ride to and from work. But I think that is the case with most detailing businesses; it's understandable that a small business like this needs the down time with family on nights and weekends like everyone else.
Jim did recommend a couple of upgrades once he saw my vehicle, which felt a little like he was upselling, but I also recognized that the extra items would make me even happier with the results. The plastic coverings on my headlights were aging and he offered a cleaning of those for $50 (which made them crystal-clear again). He also recommended a polysealant over my paint for $40 to help with the oxidizing that had taken the glossy look from my paint job; this also gave a REALLY good result.
I would certainly use this business again for the fantastic results. It makes me look forward to getting in my car!

"Member, Sorry your experience was not favorable. We tell everyone if they are unhappy to return so we can correct the issues and you did not reach out for that and that makes it hard to help. We are human and not perfect but willing to stand behind our work. To address being treated as second rate because of the Groupon is disappointing to hear as our business is made up 90% of Groupon customers due to great responses we get from our sales. In fact all the vehicles we serviced that day were 100% Groupon customers. Just because you are first to arrive does not mean yours is the first one to do, it is based on booking. It also factors in if we have a pick up to do which we did that day and wasn't squeezed in it was scheduled prior to your appointment, but with construction in the area it did take longer than expected for travel time. As far as deodorizing the car, it was not ordered but I did provide it as the pet odor was strong. The main delay had to due with the amount of work required. I did call in a timely manor to say it would be an extra hour, you were adamant that you could not wait for the work to be performed correctly. I regret you didn't have a good experience and wish you would have followed up to let us correct it. I wish you all the best, and thank you for the opportunity to serve. Sorry it didn't work out.
