Attention to Detail Plus

I expected to leave my car for a while so I dropped my car off in the morning and they called when they were finished. They have a convenient drop box for before normal business hours.

Dropped the gas off & picked up later owner made sure everything was the way we wanted it.

They did a fantastic job with the detail and we were so happy with the results. They were like new again, and so clean!

I purchased a groupon for $79 (a $195 value, according to the ad) which included their base package and the detail-plus package: BASE PACKAGE: Exterior hand wash Tire, wheel, and wheel-well cleaning Cherry-carnauba-wax treatment Plastic and rubber dressing Interior vacuuming and window washing DETAIL-PLUS PACKAGE: Express exterior-detail package Machine buff Interior air purging Vinyl and leather cleaning and conditioning Carpet and upholstery shampoo with hot-water extraction I am thoroughly pleased with the job they did on my 2000 Acura. The car does not look anywhere near it's 12 year age. Jim stayed with me and asked that I do a complete review of his work before I left. I felt like any concern would have been addressed immediately. He was genuinely interested in knowing what I thought of the work. I have two minuses to report. The first is similar to others who purchased Groupons. I've come to expect that it takes a little longer to get an appointment when I purchase a Groupon and that was the case with this service. The other negative is that this business is only open during typical business hours (approx 8:30AM-6PM). This made it difficult to get in with my work schedule and having to coordinate a ride to and from work. But I think that is the case with most detailing businesses; it's understandable that a small business like this needs the down time with family on nights and weekends like everyone else. Jim did recommend a couple of upgrades once he saw my vehicle, which felt a little like he was upselling, but I also recognized that the extra items would make me even happier with the results. The plastic coverings on my headlights were aging and he offered a cleaning of those for $50 (which made them crystal-clear again). He also recommended a polysealant over my paint for $40 to help with the oxidizing that had taken the glossy look from my paint job; this also gave a REALLY good result. I would certainly use this business again for the fantastic results. It makes me look forward to getting in my car!

Coupon came in val park. Phoned for appointment. Set appointment as planned. Finished as promised, couple spots missed, phoned for re-do. Flexible day to return. Five minute fix; all good.

It turned out really nice. They cleaned the inside very nice and they did the outside as well. A friend of mine, I know was not satisfied with the interior job done on her car and they told her to bring it back and they would take care of it. The owner was really nice to work with.

It turned out good. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. They had a scheduling problem but were able to accommodate all of their customers.

The job was alright. It was not great, but it was okay. Because it was just alright, I probably would not return.

She was very happy with the work. He showed up on time and the job took the amount of time that he said it would.

The service was fantastic. The guy was extremely nice and very helpful. They are a small company. We will be going back to use their service again.

Very well. Both vehicles were finished in a timely manner and the coatings they uses on the paint were upgraded for no extra cost due to the condition of our two vehicles.

As others have mentioned here and on other reviews online, the company is completely unresponsive. Tried calling several times over several weeks and either the voicemail box was full or they never returned my call. My wife tried to stop by but they had a temporarily closed sign on the door due to a family emergency. I Facebooked them [before they deleted their Facebook account] and they deleted my post. Requested and received a full refund from Groupon. Read the online reviews out there and run away from this company. Completely unprofessional.

When I called to schedule it in April of 2012, I got a call back advising first available was July. I needed to reschedule this, and never got a call back. Voicemail was often full, and after leaving 4 messages over 4 weeks, I've requested a refund. This vendor had continued to offer/sell Groupons, as the voicemail now advises that they will provide "Groupon" service in 4 months from now. It really makes me feel like a second class citizen.

Due to their Groupon offers it took a couple of phone calls to get an appointment setup, but once it was set, everything went smoothly. Dropped vehicle off the evening before the service was performed and when I picked it up, it was ready to go and looked shiny and almost like new!

My wife and I pucrhased a Groupon for their Detail Plus package for our SUV. When I called to make an appointment it was months before there was an opening. It's not because they were busy, but because they had limited space for Groupons. When my appointment finally arrived we got their early and were one of the first to drop off a car. I was told it would be ready between 5:00 PM and closing time (6:00 PM). Around 5:00 PM they called and said it wouldn't be ready until 7:00 PM. I told him we couldn't do 7:00 PM because we had somewhere else to be. He guaranteed it would be ready by 6:30 PM and even said we should get there a little before 6:30 PM. We arrived at 6:25 PM and the vehicle was ready at 6:45 PM. He apologized for the delay, but his excuse was he squeezed in another car and the pickup was far away. We were one of the first ones in and the last one out. At first glance the car looked pretty good. We only found a few missed areas (read console, visor mirrors), but we were in a rush so we didn't have time to fully inspect the work. It wasn't until later that we noticed the rest of the missed items ->cup holders, center console, tops of windows, between the seats and center console and side mirrors. They were either not cleaned at all or done poorly. I don't know if it was because we used a Groupon or not, but we felt like second class customers. We won't be back.

I can't say enough good things about my experience! We had an emergency on the day before Thanksgiving. My son spilled chocolate milk all over the carpet in our van. Needless to say, I was worried that if the milk sat for too long we would have a very hard time getting the stink out of the van. I called several companies and Attention To Detail Plus stood out. They stood out because they were actually closed that day. I left a message and my call was returned almost immediately. Although they were closed, he understood how important it was to get the milk out that day, so he worked on his day off to clean our van. Even better, the results were better than I ever would have expected! I feel like I am driving a new van, now, and with two boys ages 7 and 5 that is saying a lot about how dirty it was to begin with. Thank you so much for a phenomenal and professional experience - we will definitely see you again!

I got a coupon from Groupon for this service at a half off price. I think the response was great because I waited to get an appointment. It was well worth the wait and cost. My car looks like new. I never expected to have this good of service. The interior is fantastic and the outside even has some scratches gone. The company will come pick up you car if you are close to Hilliard and return it the same day. It would be worth it to pay full price for the quality of service that I received. I felt like I got the best bargain of my life. Use this company and have them make your car look shiny and new again. It is well worth the cost.
