Company was my business by being friendly & very communicative. the movers works wonderful.

They were fast, nice, hard working men that took great care of all my items.

I was unhappy because they dragged a mattress across a hardwood floor and left a scratch 6-8 feet long. I should have comolained, but it was the end of a long day... My daughter was unhappy about the careless way they stacked boxes in the storage unit and that they dragged a kitchen table across the concrete floor.

The men showed up & went to work straightway. Courteous and efficient.

Booking / scheduling was not good but the movers were excellent, friendly & great service.

1st day and 2nd day good.

An All My Sons Employee came to my home and wrote an estimate calling for four men and two trucks to move a piano, fridge, furniture, etc. Confirmed the move date two weeks before we were scheduled to move. No one showed the day of the move.

The company's dispatcher never called us the day before to confirm our move. The crew assigned to us was sent out on another job. After multiple calls, the Dublin office staff offered to send out a crew at 4 p.m. the same day. We declined and asked for a crew in the morning.
In the meantime, my husband and I moved all of the boxes and furniture we could to our garage and first floor of our home befor.
The next day, a three-man crew showed up with one truck. The movers busted their butts to get our items loaded and moved. They couldn't fit all of our items in the truck, leaving some for us shuttle from our old house to our new home.
Honestly, the guys working the truck were hard workers. The office staff was horrible.
I won't use this company again.

I received a phone call after finding this company through a moving search website.  They called and scheduled a time to come out yesterday (06/22/2013) for an in home estimate at 3.  The man called at 1 and said his car was broken down and he needed to wait for Triple A to come out and wanted to know if we could reschedule for Monday.   I told him I couldn't do Monday because I was working but I could do anytime on Saturday or on Sunday.  He said he wasn't sure about Sunday but would possibly try.  I asked him to please call me throughout the day to keep me posted on the progress and possibility of him still being able to make it out.  He never called back.  After seeing some of the less than enthusiastic reviews on Angie's List I will not be using them.

I used a service called MyBuddy.com to get a list of movers that I could get quotes from to move me from Columbus to Dayton.  I put the request in online on a Sunday evening.  Upon arriving home Monday, all businesses contacted me.  This business, however, called me 5 times in the first day.  Apparently, they don't understand that some people work and cannot take calls while at work.  So, I called the other businesses to get my quote started and figured I would call them last.  Before I got done with my list, another call.  So I decided not to call them.  Joke was on me, because Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I received five calls each day.  Talk about hard up for business.  Finally, the calls seemed to stop. 
Now, I am moving in two days.  Yesterday I received another call, no message, but I know the phone number by now.  Today, another no-message call.  Then a text message asking me to call or respond to the text massage if I wanted to use their service with a note about their price ($85 an hour for two men) and that this was a discounted price.  I deleted the message and proceeded to go about my packing.  Just now, I received a phone call from a different number than the businesses number.  I didn't recognize it, and with the move figured it could be something related.  It was from All My Sons.  He asked if he could schedule a move with me.  I said, "No
and I would never use your services after..."  HE HUNG UP!!!!!  What great professionalism.  Not only would I never use this company, but I would also never EVER recommend them to anyone.  Harassment, rudeness, an extreme lack of professionalism, and EXPENSIVE!!  The company I went with was cheaper than their discounted price by $20 an hour!! 

Excellent they were great very professional, efficient hard working. Would highly recommend.

They moved us within about 5-1/2 hours from a 2,000 square foot house with all furniture. I disliked that they really did not give me a time frame as to when they were going to show up until the actual day, and then I did not hear from them until about noon. I had to call them a few times to figure out when they were coming. Since they did not give me a specific time I was kind of up in the air. They did not show up until about 1 or 2 p.m. so I could have spent some time at work instead of taking the entire day off. But, they moved quickly and were very nice; nothing was broken and they made sure everything was covered. They did not spend a whole lot of time messing around; so that was a big plus. We just needed a little communication as to when they were going to arrive and stuff. 

We were perfectly happy with everything. They were on time, stayed to their quote, and nothing was damaged so they were good.

All My Sons Moving & Storage of Columbus were late getting there and we were not happy with them. They were pretty atrocious. First and foremost they were late, they were supposed to be there at 9 or 10 in the morning and  I had to call them every two or three hours because they just weren't showing up. They kept on telling me that they had a truck that had broken down and that's why they were taking so long. When I went on Angie's list to look at the comments after the move, it was like a common thing, others had the same complaints, so they never showed up until 10 at night and even that, I had to beg them to come. They were loading the truck at 1am and they said that they would be at the destination in the morning, which they were but our stuff had been stored in their truck overnight and we were unhappy with that.. We wrote fragile and we had written on the boxes, where certain things were supposed to go but they disregarded that. We found the tops of the fragile boxes had collapsed so we were unhappy with that. They didn't give us any discount in fact they came back  later and said that their boss had instructed to get another hours work from us. I have had family members move since then and they were thinking about using them and I have been telling them, please don't.

POLITE AND CAREFULE - EXCELLENT AND TIMELY SERVICE

It made me feel like they thought they were doing me a favor.  It was very poor service.  We had an appointment for noon that we scheduled a week in advance.  They waited until the last minute to cancel.  They weren't even apologetic.  So much for Angie's List.

I was promised 2 trucks and 4 men to move our belongs from our 3700 sq ft house to a neighboring town in Ohio around the Columbus area.  At 9:00AM 3 men showed up with only one truck.  The 4th soon arrived as he was "dropped off by the boss".  Still, however, we only had one truck.  The men began loading all of our belongings into the truck.  They used dollys to load all of the boxes we had packed and wheeled them out of our old house.  Around 11AM I began to worry that the 2nd truck was still not there so I called one of the managers (the 1st truck was almost full).  He said he was renting another truck and would bring it by.  At 12:30 the truck was full and the workers sat and waited for the 2nd truck to arrive.  They tried to start the first truck and it wouldn't start...dead battery.  Around 1:15 a manager arrived with a rented truck that the workers quickly began loading.  When they were finished they could not leave because the 1st truck still had a dead battery in my driveway so we waited for the service truck to come out and jumpstart it.  Finally at 4 we were on our way.  Travel time was only 1/2 hour so we arrived at the new location and they began unloading.Almost every piece of furniture we own had some sort of ding or scratch or scrape on it.  One door to a hutch we have in our living room was completely caved in and while uloading a worker broke a hanging light fixture at our front door (he didn't tell me, I had to notice it myself).My wife and I spend the next several days unpacking and putting all our belongings in our new house only to find that some things were "missing".  I didn't think much of it, maybe they were in a box we had not unpacked yet, until my wife looked for her kindle.  It was gone, but when logging onto Amazon she had 3 orders on her Kindle placed the day we moved...June 3rd!!!There is not doubt in my mind that someone stoll her Kindle and 2 of my watches, all 3 which were in our bedroom night stand.I am still waiting for someone to pay for the broken light fixture and hear from a manager regarding the missing Kindle.

Update:  All My Sons has reimbursed me for the stolen and damaged goods.  I consider this matter resolved.

It started out scary, because we were no longer on the 8-10 AM schedule, but Nick really scrambled to get movers and a truck to our house.  The move finished a few hours later than originally planned, but they really worked hard to make sure everything turned out OK.  I would definitely trust them again.  My advice, call them the day before the move is scheduled to confirm.
The movers totally  won over my husband and my son.  They were very professional, efficient, fast.  Everything arrived safely and was put where it was supposed to go.
We like the company.

I have been pretty happy with them so far.  The one thing that I like so much about them is I found myself in a desperate situation where I had to move within a couple of days, and they were extremely honest.

After searching on line for a moving co.I decided to go with All My Sons because of several reasons:
1.  They gave me a reasonable estimate with an explanation of what to expect.
2.  I always got a prompt response to my questions in a pleasant manner.
3.  On the day of the move I met two men at the storage facility & they were on time.
4.  They worked hard and fast while taking great care to wrap and secure all items.
5.  When unloading at our home the same care and efficiency was used.
6.  The movers were both pleasant and very hard working.  They went the extra mile to do a good job.
