9 Trees Landscape Construction

Design and price were excellent.  Numerous delays in getting to my job, however, when a firm date was finally set, they showed up one day early!  There were some installation issues due to work not completed by tree removal service.  Scott coordinated his crew & tree service to get it fixed.

Our experience has been great from the beginning.....we're excited to have them finish up!

Prompt, great workers, cleaned up daily, finished within estimated time and now I have a beautiful front walk and back patio.

Josh, Nemo and Brain arrived at 8am each day and worked right thru taking short lunch on site. It was hot but they were diligent. One day it rained and they waited in the truck till it slowed and went right back to work1 They thought it would take 10 days but they were done in 8 days! It is beautiful and they put fill dirt around the sides and seeded it and out ploy meric sand between the paver to solidify the pattern.

I was very impressed. The company seemed well organized and informative. They originally brought the wrong pavers but when I called they had the correct ones delivered right away the next morning. Their customer service was great! They came on time and even finished a day early.

The workers were dedicated and produced a quality products.

They started work exactly when they estimated they would begin (6 weeks prior when we contacted them).  Crew was efficient, quiet, neat.  After completion, they returned to make some changes as requested by the homeowner.  Their customer service is outstanding.

These guys did a great job.  They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the patio ahead of schedule.

I was impressed that the owner kept on top of the job and made sure that we were satisfied. He made sure that we didn't have any problems.

The project went very well.  We knew this company did good work as they were referred to us by several friends who use them.  9 Trees really did a great job, exceeding expectations.  A company representative (Morgan) came out and discussed the work to be done.  He took measurements, we discussed options and levels of work and he noted all the work we wanted to have done.  A price quote was received by email a couple of days later and we accepted the offer and the work was scheduled. The crew spent two full days working in our landscape beds and yard.  We have a lot that is 1.3 acres, with several large landscape beds.  They arrived early and spent the entire time busily and quietly going about their work.  John readily answered any questions we had about the work they were doing and he asked if he had any need to clarify what was to be done.  We will definitely use 9 Trees Landscaping again and have recommended them to our neighbors, who have already used their services.  Our yard, home and landscaping looks really great!  We are going to have them return later in the Summer and do additional work at the back of our lot to get that area looking as good as the rest of the yard.

The project went great! Matt drew up a great design for my new patio and landscaping. He was very easy to work with, was very responsive to my questions and requests, and kept me informed about scheduling. When they worked at my house, they were very neat and left things in good order when they left each day. I couldn't be happier with the end result! I have also hired them to do my annual edging and mulching as well as my lawn treatments.

This is the second year we've dealt with 9-Trees, and it won't be the last!  Last summer they repaired and enlarged our patio and edged the landscape beds.  The patio was so-so before, but it's BEAUTIFUL now!  We don't have a huge yard, but there is a lot of landscaping, and they did a great job last year, so we had them come back this year.

We didn't have a specific date for the work to be done this year (since it was plantbed maintenance) so I didn't know what particular day to watch.  When I came home after work Friday, the landscaping looked GREAT!  And there was no other sign they'd even been here - no worn tracks in the grass, no mess -- just a great looking yard.

Matt and his crew do a great job, show up when they say they will, do what they said they'd do, work hard the whole time and clean up after themselves.  What more could you ask?

They showed up on time, went to work immediately and completed on time.  There were multiple layers of patios that needed removed followed by a thick gravel base and finally the pavers.  They assisted in the design and allowed for some changes throughout the process.  They cleaned up daily and always welcomed comments.  I would hire again in a heartbeat.

He's awesome.  I started using them back in June 2009 and I've used them ever since.  They are excellent.  Their punctuality and professionalism is better than I have ever experienced.

Work was done on time and to our satisfaction.We have used 9 Trees on several occasions and have been pleased.

We had asked Matt Forchione (owner) a year ago to come out and do a design for us. We paid him for the design time.  We weren't ready yet to start a project, but wanted to get an idea of what could be done and the approximate costs.   We sat on the design for about a year, then decided to pull the trigger and have the work done.  During that time there were several iterations; we finally decided on a design.  Matt was instrumental in helping us.  I interviewed three other landscaping firms but Matt rose to the top.

The entire project took about 4 weeks.  The project was started right on time and kept to the schedule agreed too.  We had a few modifications/adjustments along the way but Matt incorporated them in stride and the crew (headed by Chris) did an outstanding job.  The only "issue" was they got a bit aggressive in some places with the landscape glue and had to come back and scrape some off of a few places, otherwise quality was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this company.  We have some additional work to be done (building a pergola/ramada) that I will use 9 Trees for.

One thing that stands out is the overall scale of the work matches the scale of the house, the noise wall, and the yard perfectly.  This is no accident, it is a testament to Matt's expertise in design.  The other part that came out really nice was the lighting.  We have lights to illuminate walking areas as well as around seating and the fire pit.   It is perfect for nighttime enjoyment.  I did ask to have one more light added after the work was completed, we'd kind of missed a spot near the grill area that we a little dark.  Matt had someone come out and fix it for us, it is perfect now.

The crew worked non-stop to complete the work ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and they did a great job of removing all debris. The landscape design was terrific and the project turned out to be much more beautiful than we had anticipated!!

Very good experience with this company.  Scott R. came out for our initial meeting, discussed our plans with us and took measurements of our exterior area.  He then returned a week later with a detailed plan for the patio, steps and walkway.  He also suggested materials based on our initial meeting that were exactly what we were looking for. Price was very reasonable and plan was very professional.

We had 5 companies quote this work and all were very good.  We did not end up selecting 9 Trees (mostly due to the fact that their leadtime for the job was double all the other companies), but would definitely recommend them to others and would consider them again in the future for other work.

They did an excellent job.  I will hire them again, and I will recommend them.  The supervisor was Morgan, and he was very courteous.  They came out, and got the job done in one day.  They worked very hard.  They did a very good job.  There were in the ballpark.  They did a great work.

The original start date was moved a couple of times due to the very wet
spring we had.  This was no problem.
Once they got started they finished in about 4 days. The people sent to work
on the project were very professional and friendly.  The sales person came by a
couple of times during the project to check on things.
We are very happy with the finished product.

We have worked with this landscaping company two summers in a row now. We have found them to be very professional, very quick, and extremely easy to work with. They clean up after themselves each day, and they do an awesome job. It rains a lot in our area, and they worked right through the adverse weather conditions without complaint. When it had to be done, they were very good about rescheduling the work.
